in kurzer Zeit in sehr kleine Teilchen zerschlägt.
Beater mill for coffee and the like with working container open at the top
The invention relates in particular to an electric motor-driven hammer mill for
Coffee and the like, in the case of the protruding into the interior of the work container
At the end of a shredding tool is attached, which. Due to its high rotational speed
the comminution material placed in the work container, in particular coffee beans,
breaks into very small particles in a short time. The upper open side of the working container
is usually covered by a grid, which enables switching on and off
of the material to be shredded is permitted, but reaching into the working container
safely prevented with your fingers. It has now been shown that in some cases
the complete removal of the smashed in the working container of such a hammer mill
Coffee beans cause difficulties and that a proper cleaning of the
The container can only be carried out by means of a brush. The following invention shows
now an education of the beating
at which one without such mechanical
Completely remove the ground coffee or the like from the working container
can.
Um einen sicheren Sitz des topfförmigen Behälters auf dem Arbeitsbehälter zu erreichen;
In the case of the hammer mill according to the invention, the working container is used for this purpose
A pot-shaped container is placed as a lid, the interior of which is the working container
is facing. The pot-shaped container is advantageously dimensioned so that it
can accommodate the amount of the material to be shredded that can be filled into the working container.
In order to achieve a secure fit of the pot-shaped container on the working container;
he can optionally with this by means of a simple thread or a bayonet lock,
Cone or the like, be connectable. If with a hammer mill designed in this way
If the product is crushed, the running mill only needs to turn it upside down
to be asked; the striking mechanism then conveys the contents of the work area as quickly as possible
.and completely in the pot-shaped lid, which is then conveniently removed after removal
The hammer mill is used to transport the comminuted material to the point of use
can be.
In the. Fig. I is an embodiment of one according to the invention
trained hammer mill shown in elevation. With x the z. B. made of molded material
the existing base part of the device, which rests on several rubber feet.
On the base part i, the working vessel 2 is placed, which consists of a transparent
Material, e.g. B. glass, or from a sheet coated with a glass flux, e.g. B.
Enamel sheet, may exist. Inside the base part i is the one used for the drive
Arranged electric motor 3, the shaft 4 of which protrudes into the working container. At the
The impact tool 5 is attached to the upper end of this shaft. The upper opening of the
Working container: 2 is covered by a protective grille 6 that goes into the working container
screwed in or glued into it. On the working container: 2 is now
the inverted pot-like container put on, the one with the working container through
a simple socket thread is connected. On the pot-like container is also
still a handle 8 attached, which the attachment and removal of the pot-like container
relieved. If in the case of such a hammer mill the one filled into the working container: 2
The material to be comminuted is comminuted to the desired extent, the hammer mill is opened
turned upside down,. which has the consequence that everything is in the working container
Comminution is driven into the pot-shaped container 7. After acceptance
the mill can then be used for the comminuted material by means of the pot-shaped container
conveniently carried away to the place of use. Optionally, the cup-shaped
Container still be provided with an additional lid, through which the contents
of the pot-shaped container during its transport against contamination, falling out
of the material to be shredded, weight loss, etc. is protected.
The pot-shaped container can also according to the invention ndch with
Be provided with measuring lines in order to measure the amount of the material to be shredded
without allowing a special measuring vessel in a convenient manner. He can also look
'a transparent material, e.g. B. glass, plastic or the like., Exist, the
may optionally be flexible.
.A further improvement of such a beater mill can according to the
Invention can still be achieved in that the shredding tool on a
in the cup-shaped container mounted shaft is attached, when this is put on
Container on the working tank with the protruding into the working tank
Coupled to the end of the motor shaft of an electric motor arranged in the base part of the mill
will. This design of the hammer mill has the advantage that one on the working container
Attached grille as a protection against reaching in with the fingers
the running hammer mechanism can be completely omitted without any risk of
There is an injury to the operator. When removing the pot-shaped container
namely, the impact tool is decoupled from the driving motor shaft, so that
this eliminates any danger. .

he can pick up the crushed material when the mill is turned upside down.
Here, however, a column 16 is attached to the bottom part of the pot-shaped container 15,
within which a shaft 17 is mounted, on the lower end of which the striking tool

is finished, the mill is also turned upside down and after the transfer
of the milled goods or after switching off the motor from the pot-like container
