Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gleitlager, bei welchem der Lagerkörper aus Preßstoff besteht. Bei derartigen Gleitlagern ist es wegen der geringen. Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Preßstoffes schwierig, die im Betrieb auftretende Reibungswärme abzuleiten. Man hat bereits vorgeschlagen, bei solchen Gleitlagern. das Lagerschmiermittel als Kühlflüssigkeit in der Weise nutzbar zu machen, daß ein Umlauf für das Lagerschmiermittel, z. B. Lageröl, vorgesehen ist. Ferner hat man auch Spritz- bzw. Schleuderscheiben für diesen Zweck verwendet. Diese bisher angewandten Mittel haben jedoch dein Nachteil, daß sie entweder verhältnismäßig teuer sind oder nur, wie z. B. gewöhnliche Schleuderscheiben, einen geringen Umlauf des Schmiermittels bewirken.The invention relates to a plain bearing in which the bearing body consists of molded material. Hiermit ist insbesondere der Vorteil verbunden, daß derartige Taumelscheiben einen sehr kräftigen Umlauf der im Lagerhohlraum enthaltenen Schmiermittelmenge bewirken und dadurch eine besonders starke und ständige Abfuhr der Lagerwärme hervorrufen. Durch die Taumelscheiben wird nämlich fast die gesamte Schmiermittelmenge immer wieder an die den Lagerhohlraum umgebenden Metallteile herangeschleudert, die dann die durch das Schmiermittel übertragene Lagerwärme schnell an die Außenluft abführen.This disadvantage is eliminated in that according to the invention as Splash or centrifugal disks designed as swash plates are used. Alle diese Teile führen die in dem Umlauföl mitgeführte Wärme ab. Bei 13 und 14 sind Gummidichtungen, die mittels der Federn 15 und 16 auf die Welle hzw. auf .die Muffe 17 gedrückt werden. Bei der Ausführungsfoirm nach Fig. z befindet sich nun an einer Seite des Preßstofflagers 18 eine Taumelscheibe i9.
