Die Erfindung betrifft ein Arbeitsfahrzeug nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a work vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es sind Flurförderzeuge bekannt, bei denen der Fahrer quer zur Fahrtrichtung sitzt. Die Richtung, in die er das Fahrzeug verfahren will, stellt er mittels eines Hebels, der sich normalerweise am Lenkstock befindet, oder mittels eines Schalters, der sich im Bedienpult der rechten Hand befindet, ein. Die Geschwindigkeit der Fahrt wird - wie vom PKW bekannt - mittels eines Fahrpedals eingestellt. Diese Fahrzeuge haben den Nachteil, daß der Fahrer zum Richtungswechsel die Hand von dem Joystick nehmen muß, mit dem er die Last hebt und senkt.There are industrial trucks where the driver sits across the direction of travel. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst von einem Arbeitsfahrzeug, bei dem der Joystick, mit dem die Last bewegt, die Gabel gehoben oder die Schaufel gesenkt wird, nun auch zur Vorwahl der Fahrtrichtung eingesetzt wird. Die Erfindung ist besonders gut geeignet für Fahrzeuge, bei denen der Fahrer quer zur Fahrtrichtung sitzt. Bei diesen Fahrzeugen gibt es prinzipiell keine bevorzugte Fahrtrichtung. Der Fahrer mußte bisher zum Richtungswechsel die Hand von dem Bediengerät für die Last nehmen und an einem Lenkstockhebel die Fahrtrichtungsänderung eingeben, bevor er losfahren konnte. Erfindungsgemäß kann der Fahrer nun theoretisch die Hand während des ganzen Arbeitstages an dem Joystick für die Verstellung der Last lassen und kann die Fahrtrichtung durch Antippen, insbesondere durch Antippen in Richtung der gewünschten Fahrtrichtung, vorwählen. Das Flurförderzeug F hat an seinem hinteren Ende einen Fahrersitz S, der quer zur Fahrtrichtung angeordnet ist. Vor dem Fahrer befinden sich in an sich bekannter Anordnung das Lenkrad L, der Schlüssel SL für das Anlassen des Fahrzeugs, die Feststellbremse FB, sowie die Pedale P für das Fahren und für das Bremsen. Für die rechte Hand des Fahrers ist ein Joystick J vorgesehen, der vier Stellmöglichkeiten für die Last, hier z.B. Heben, Senken und Verfahren nach vorne und hinten der Gabel vorsehen. Weiter gezeigt sind ein Notausschalter NA sowie Anzeigen A für den Fahrer. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun im Joystick J die Vorwahl für die Fahrtrichtung integriert. Will der Fahrer mit dem Fahrzeug nach vorne fahren, tippt er den Joystick J einmal kurz nach rechts an und sieht auf der Anzeige einen kleinen Pfeil PF, der ihm die gewählte Fahrtrichtung anzeigt. Will der Fahrer nach hinten fahren, tippt er den Joystick J in Gegenrichtung, also nach links an. Auf der Anzeige wechselt der beleuchtete Pfeil PF, der Fahrer erkennt die vorgewählte Richtung und kann mit dem Fahrpedal beschleunigen. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung der Richtungsvorwahl am Joystick J kann der Fahrer nun theoretisch die Hand während des ganzen Arbeitstages an dem Bedienhebel (Joystick J) lassen, insbesondere, wenn weitere Funktionen, wie die Hupe, im Joystick J integriert sind.The industrial truck F has a driver's seat S at its rear end, which is arranged transversely to the direction of travel.
