Beschreibung Abdichtung für Anschlageinrichtungen Description Sealing for anchor devices
Die Neuerung findet Anwendung als Abdichtung für Anschlageinrichtungen für Bauhandwerker auf allen vorkommenden Hochbauten.The innovation is used as a seal for anchorage devices for construction workers on all existing high-rise buildings.
Die bisher üblichen Anschlageinrichtungen werden durch Metallflansche bzw. Kombinationen von Metall- und Kunststoffflanschen mit der Dachhaut verbunden. Die Dachhaut selbst wird zwischen zwei Metallflansche eingespannt. Diese Metallflansche werden mit Schrauben miteinander verbunden. Hierbei ist es sehr schwierig und zeitaufwendig, eine einwandfreie Abdichtung herzustellen, weil die Dachhaut dazu neigt, zwischen den Flanschen Wellen zu bilden. Außerdem muß die Dachhaut an den Schraubstellen durchbohrt werden und die Schrauben müssen wiederum in den Flanschbohrungen abgedichtet werden. Eine einwandfreie Abdichtung gelingt nur bei äußerst sorgfältiger Verarbeitung. Hier beschriebene Abdichtung benötigt keine Metallflansche mehr, so daß der schwierige Montagevorgang entfällt. Die Abdichtung kann von jedem Werker ausgeführt werden, der mit den heute üblichen Schweißgeräten und Klebemitteln umgehen kann.
