Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a building block system consisting of a plurality of cuboid-shaped building blocks, in particular made of plastic material, which are designed to be connected to one another to create a wall, ceiling and/or roof surface.
Such a building block system is known for the production of concrete walls, whereby preformed cuboid-shaped blocks made of rigid foam are placed on top of one another and, after reinforcement with reinforcing iron, the hollow space in the blocks is filled with concrete. However, only a few layers of the usually 25 cm high building blocks need to be filled, so that generally only 1 m high sections of the walls can be made before construction work can continue after the concrete has hardened. In addition to this disadvantage of the relatively time-consuming construction work, it is also disadvantageous that the reinforcement and pouring of the concrete require qualified skilled workers and a large amount of construction machinery, such as concrete pumps and the like. Another disadvantage is that the concrete filling results in relatively poor thermal insulation, so that additional insulation measures are required.
Furthermore, this building block system with standardized cuboid-shaped building blocks that are put together according to the modular principle is only suitable for the construction of vertical walls. The formation of inclined surfaces, as is necessary for pent roofs, bay roofs or projections, requires additional formwork, the production of which is, however, extremely time-consuming.
Accordingly, the invention is based on the object of creating a formwork-free, self-supporting building block system that enables the construction of buildings in a simple manner, even by unskilled workers, in a short time.

This object is achieved by a modular system according to the features of claim 1.
By connecting the individual building blocks with a tension anchor element, the individual building block layers are braced together, so that a high level of stability is ensured. In particular, by linking the individual tension anchor elements, a continuous flow of force is created from the topmost building block layer created to the foundation, so that surfaces or columns of almost any height can be created, without the need for additional support or formwork measures for stabilization. By screwing the tension anchor elements together, it is possible to create wall or roof surfaces even without special training of the workers, so that the building block system is particularly suitable for do-it-yourselfers with no experience in the construction sector. This means that smaller buildings such as garden houses, covered car parking spaces, small halls and the like can be built quickly. This building block system is also suitable for exhibition construction or for temporary structures that are dismantled again after a certain period of time. Since the connecting tie rod element in the preferred design as a screw can be quickly released again, a shelter used for a short period of time can then be quickly dismantled and rebuilt at another location.
Der Einsatz der quaderförmigen Bausteine ist dabei sehr variabel, so daß beispielsweise nach dem Abbau einer Pultdachhalle derA particular advantage here is that the building blocks can be used not only for the construction of vertical wall surfaces, but also for the construction of roof surfaces, whereby no substructure is required due to the respective anchoring using the tension anchor element. This also makes it possible to build relatively complicated roof shapes, such as pyramid roofs, using appropriate additional connecting and finishing stones. The use of the cuboid building blocks is very variable, so that, for example, after the dismantling of a pent roof hall, the

Most of the building blocks for constructing a pyramid roof are reusable.
In a practical design, the screw-shaped tie rod elements are each inserted into a sleeve-shaped recess that is connected to the outside of the building block via cross-shaped webs. This creates a chamber profile with a large number of cavities that ensure good thermal insulation. Some of the cavities can also be filled with concrete for further stabilization purposes if the building is to remain standing for a longer period of time. It should be noted, however, that due to the very stable tie rod construction, stabilization or reinforcement is generally not required. The stability of the surfaces to be created can also be increased by the mutual interlocking of the top and bottom of the respective building block and also by the conical interlocking of the sleeves surrounding the tie rods, so that even with a ceiling or roof area of several meters, there is no risk of the individual layers becoming separated. The interlocking on the outside enables mutual sealing at the joints and also a stable, form-fitting corner connection.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further advantageous embodiments are the subject of the subclaims.
Es zeigen:An embodiment is explained and described in more detail below using the drawings. They show:

In Fig. 1 and 2, a side view and a corresponding top view of a building block 1 are shown, which has a cuboid-shaped external shape with two parallel long sides 2 and transverse sides 3 at right angles to them. Preferably, the long sides 2 are twice as long as the transverse sides 3. In the longitudinal center plane M, two recesses 4 are formed, into each of which two tie rod elements 5 (see Fig. 3) are inserted and screwed to the tie rod element 5 of the lower building block layer 6 located below them. As shown in the upper area of Fig. 1, a building block layer 6 follows in the main extension direction E of the surface to be created, with the building blocks 1 per layer 6 being arranged offset from one another. This results in a solid connection of the individual building blocks 1, whereby the individual tie rod elements 5 (in the wall area formed here in the vertical direction) are linked together and each extend from the top layer 6 directly to the foundation.
This shows the recess 4 in the building block 1 for receiving the tie rod element 5. The recess 4 is essentially formed by a sleeve 7 extending over the entire height of the building block 1, which here is formed by

Approximately halfway up the building block 1, a transverse support web 9 is formed within the recess 4 or the sleeve 7, on which a screw head 5a of the tie rod element 5, preferably designed as a screw, rests. After the building block 1 has been placed on the building block layer 6 underneath, the tie rod element 5 is screwed to that of the building block layer underneath, so that the building block 1 placed on it is held securely on the layer 6 underneath. The interlocking of the building blocks 1 can be increased by a cone 10 on the sleeve 7 and a correspondingly designed counter-cone 11 on the opposite side of the building block 1 underneath. Of course, these engagement elements 10 and 11 can also be mirror images. Interlocking projections in the form of strips 13 are also provided on the long sides 2, which engage in a correspondingly designed recess 14 in the building block 1 located underneath. This ensures that the building block 1 is precisely centered and also seals it, which is particularly important when it is designed as a roof surface.
Die Ausbildung einesThe sealing of the transverse sides 3 of the building block 1 can be achieved in a practical manner by a toothed design of the transverse side 3 with a large number of evenly spaced grooves 12, so that when the transverse sides 3 abut against one another, the penetration of rain through this type of labyrinth seal is prevented. In addition, this toothed design of the transverse sides 3 and preferably also of the long sides 2 results in the possibility of a stable corner connection, since in this case the long side 2 and the transverse side 3 adjoining it interlock with one another. It should be noted that instead of the zigzag shape of the grooves shown here, a wave-shaped or meander-shaped profile can also be selected. The formation of a

Fig. 7 and 8 show a modified connecting block to which the building blocks 1 can be screwed in four directions to a central connecting piece 50 in the form of a crossing, here in the four indicated directions L, R, U, O, using a screw connection similar to the tie rod element 5 in Fig. 3. This allows ceilings to be connected in the right and left directions in the L and R directions, for example, using horizontally flanged building blocks 1, while the walls are connected upwards and downwards in the 0 and U directions. Since the building block 1 used in each case is screwed directly to the tie rod element(s) 5, no formwork is required to form a ceiling. Depending on the thickness of the tie rod elements 5, ceiling areas of several meters can be formed, as is sufficient for a mezzanine floor in a garden house or garage, for example. In contrast to the connecting block shown here with four connection surfaces, those with three (e.g. in T or Y shape) or six connection surfaces are also possible.
The described building block system enables a very variable, fast and simple construction.
