Die Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Messen von kleinen Flüssigkeitsvolumenströmen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The innovation relates to a device for measuring small liquid volume flows according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist als Auslaufzähler mit feststehendem Meßgefäß aus dem Buch "Messen, Steuern und Regeln in der Chemischen Technik", 3. Auflage, Band I, Springer-Verlag 1980, Seiten 370/371 bekannt. Mittels eines Schwimmers werden ein Zu- und ein Ablaufventil so gesteuert, daß das Ablaufventil geöffnet und das Zulaufventil geschlossen wird, wenn der Flüssigkeitspegel im Meßgefäß einen oberen Schaltfüllstand erreicht, und daß bei Absinken des Flüssigkeitspegels auf einen unteren Schaltfüllstand das Ablaufventil geschlossen und das Zulaufventil geöffnet wird.Such a device is known as a discharge meter with a fixed measuring vessel from the book "Messen, Steuerung und Regel in der Chemischen Technik", 3rd edition, Volume I, Springer-Verlag 1980, pages 370/371. Einem Meßgefäß G wird über eine Zulaufleitung LZ, in der ein Zulaufventil Vl liegt, Flüssigkeit zugeführt, deren Volumenstrom gemessen werden soll. Am Boden des Meßgefäßes G befindet sich ein Ablauf AL, der mit einem Ablaufventil V2 gesperrt werden kann. Die Ventile Vl, V2 werden von einer Steuerung ST betätigt. Die gesammelte Flüssigkeit fließt rasch durch den großdimensionierten Ablauf AL ab. Das Meßgefäß ist zumindest im unteren Bereich nach unten konisch ausgebildet, damit es sich schnell und vollständig entleert. Nach einer festgelegten Zeit, die sicher für die Entleerung ausreicht, wird das Ablaufventil V2 wieder geschlossen und das Zulaufventil Vl geöffnet. Es beginnt ein neuer Meßzyklus, wobei die Zeit vom Schließen des Ablaufventils V2 bzw. dem Öffnen des Zulaufventils Vl bis zum Erreichen des oberen Schaltfüllstandes OFS gemessen wird. Das Füllvolumen bei Erreichen des oberen Schaltfüllstandes OFS ist bekannt; das Verhältnis von Füllvolumen zu Füllzeit ergibt den zu messenden Volumenstrom. Das Meßergebnis wird von der Steuerung ST über einen Ausgang A abgegeben. Während der Zeiten, in denen das Zulaufventil Vl geschlossen ist, kann die Meßflüssigkeit über das Ventil V6 an der Meßvorrichtung vorbeigeleitet werden.opens and the drain valve V2 is closed.
