Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter in Form eines Eimers, einer Dose oder dgl. aus Metall oder Kunststoff zur Aufnahme von Farben, Lacken, Kunststoffdispersionen, Fertigputzen oder anderen entsorgungsnotwendigen Substanzen.The invention relates to a container in the form of a bucket, a can or the like made of metal or plastic for holding paints, varnishes, plastic dispersions, ready-made plasters or other substances that require disposal.
Jährlich werden Millionen von Behältern der vorgenannten Art als Einwegverpackungen eingesetzt. Eine Wiederverwendung bzw. Recycling kann deshalb nicht durchgeführt werden, weil die Reinigung des Leergutes von den teilweise ausgehärteten Rückständen des Füllgutes nur schwer möglich oder mit nicht vertretbaren Kosten verbunden ist. So können beispielsweise ausgehärtete Reste von Kunstharzdispersionen, wie Farben, Lacke und Fertigputze, zu tragbaren Kosten nicht mehr aus ihren Behältern in Form von Kunststoffeimern entfernt werden. Dies führt dazu, daß derartige Behälter insgesamt entsorgt werden müssen, was für den Benutzer mißlich und bei Einführung einer Rücknahmepflicht von Verpackungsgut für den Hersteller und Verkäufer mit einem erheblichen Arbeits- und Kostenaufwand verbunden sein wird.Millions of containers of the aforementioned type are used as disposable packaging every year. Durch diese Anordnung wird ein "Kunststoff-Folienbehälter" im Behälter geschaffen, der nach dem Aufbrauch des Behälterinhaltes mit seinem Restinhalt vollständig daraus entfernt werden kann, da die paßgenau eingesetzte, nicht haftende Folie, deren Dicke vorteilhaft zwischen 0,03 mm und 0,08 mm bemessen ist, durch Herausziehen von Hand oder durch Umstülpen und Klopfen des Eimers entfernt werden und sodann bei entsprechend reduziertem Volumen entsorgt werden kann. Der Behälter hingegen kann entweder wiederverwendet oder je nach seinem Inhalt, beispielsweise Kunststoffeimer, granuliert und erneut zu Kunststoffen verarbeitet werden.
