Description
Die meisten Druckerzeuger für hydraulisehe Anlagern arbeiten mdit,drei oder mehr Ventilen. Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich um einen Druckerzeuger einfachster Bauart, der in vielen Fällen den gestellten Aufgaben enspricht. Er ist dadurch ausgezeichnet, daß ein zwischen Nachlaufbehälter und Druckzylinder eingebautes an sich bekanntes Saugventil in Verbindüng mit einer Drossel (kein Ventil) Verwendung findet, die den, Leitungen zu den Arbeitsstellen vorgeschaltet ist. Diese Drossel behindert den Flüssigkeitsstrom in Richtung zu den Arbeitszylindern in keiner Weise. Das Rückfließen der Flüssigkeit in den Drudkerzendger ist jedoch von dem hierzu vorhandenen kleinen Loch in einer beweglichen Gummiplatte abhängig. Dadurch entsteht nach dem Arbeitshub beim Zurückgehen des Druckkolbens in Ruhestellung ein verhältnismäßig starker Unterdruck, so daß sich das Saugventil sehr leicht öffnet. Hierbei strömt Flüssigeit aus dem Nachlaufbehälter in den Druckerzeuger, bevor, behindert durch die Drossel, das gesamte Volumen der zu den Arbeitsstellen gedrückten Flüssigkeit nach dem Arbeitshub in den Druckerzeuger zurückgeflossen ist. Es entsteht im Druckerzeuger kein Unterdruck, auch wenn der Kolben schnell hin und her bewegt wird. Der Druckzylinder ist immer vollständig mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt, ohne Luft und hat daher keinen Leerlauf.
