DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Waterproof, water vapor permeable footwear with water vapor permeable sole.

The invention relates to an intermediate sole which ensures a secure sealing of a lining shaft made of functional material and a water vapor permeable sole .

DESCRIPTION OF PROCESSING

The footwear consists of an outer shaft (Sl) made of leather or textile and a lining shaft (FS) made of water vapor-permeable 3-layer functional material.

The lining shaft (FS) made of functional material must be manufactured in such a way that the lasting fold (ZE) on the heel and toe creates as few folds as possible.

The outer shaft (Sl) and the lining shaft (FS) are sewn to the edge of the shoe and the tongue.

The outer shaft (Sl) and the lining shaft (FS) made of functional material are glued (KZ) over the insole (BS).

The midsole (ZS) made of functional material is specially bonded (SV) to the lasting fold (ZE) of the lining shaft <FS).

The outer shaft (Sl) is glued (KZ) over the midsole (ZS).

If a leather sole (LS) is glued on (LK), water vapor permeability via the sole is also possible

This processing is possible for both heavy and light shoes.

A particular advantage is that you can choose from an unlimited variety of soles for light and sporty shoes.

Prefabricated rubber soles or injected polyurethane soles can also be used; however, in this case, water vapor permeability is only provided via the shaft.

PREVIOUSLY KNOWN PROCESSING

I. The production of a sock-like insert made of functional material causes problems during production and especially when it comes to deviating in the sole area.

1.1. If the functional insert is inserted into the shaft before the sole is mounted, another problem arises: the insert can very easily be pulled over the edge of the insole when the shaft is being tightened.

This means that the probability of damage to the functional insert is very high, even during production or after a short period of use.

1.2. If, however, the insert is made so tight that the problem is minor, as described in 1.1., there is a great risk that the insert will be damaged when it is being inserted.

1.3. If the functional insert is only inserted into the shoe after the sole has been fitted, there is a high risk of injury when inserting it. To prevent this risk, a lot of glue is often used to bond it and as a lubricant, which means that the water vapor permeability is greatly reduced.

1.4. The clean and wrinkle-free fit of the insert is a problem with all methods that, despite many efforts, has never been satisfactorily solved.
