Die entgegengesetzten Enden dieser Rohre stecken in Aussparungen des Gufsstückes J, welches mit den beiden Kanälen H¹I¹ versehen ist, die sich an die Düsen H^x bezw. I^x anschliefsen und durch einen Querkanal I¹ mit Auslafs /² mit einander verbunden sind. In dem Gufsgehäuse befindet sich der Hahnschlüssel K, der hinsichtlich der Kanäle H¹I¹J¹ so angeordnet ist, dafs durch den Kanal 7¹ eine directe Verbindung zwischen der Düse /^x und dem Farbrohr / hergestellt oder dafs solche Verbindung geschlossen und der von dem Luftrohr H kommende Kanal J¹ nach dem Auslafs J² hin geöffnet werden kann, in welchem Falle die durch das Rohr H strömende Luft durch den Auslafs ausgeblasen wird und hierdurch den Schlüssel von etwa angesammelten Unreinigkeiten befreit. Zur Bethätigung des Hahnschlüssels K dient das daran angebrachte Stirnrad K¹ in Eingriff mit dem Zahnradsegment K'² auf dem Zapfen K^s, um den das Segment mittelst des Handhebels Kⁱ gedreht werden kann; dieser läfst sich mit der Hand bequem erfassen und ein Fingerdruck genügt, um ihn der Spannung einer Schraubenfeder, die auf dem Zapfen K³ sitzt, entgegen zu bewegen, wonach ihn die Feder wieder in die Anfangsstellung zurückführt.
