Die Erfindung betrifft ein vorgefertigte, transportierbare Wand gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a prefabricated, transportable wall according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es sind derartige Wände bekannt. Der Beton muß aus herstellungstechnischen Gründen relativ weich sein und muß daher mit Überschußwasser angerichtet werden. Solche Wände neigen nun beim Aushärten des rückseitigen, also einseitig aufgebrachten Betons dazu, sich durch das bekannte Schwinden des Betons schüsselartig zu wölben, so daß gewölbte Wände entstehen. Um dies zu vermeiden, ist es bereits bekannt, auch die Rückseite der Wände mit einer Schicht aus Keramikplatten zu versehen. Dies bedingt allerdings herstellungs- und kostenmäßig einen relativ hohen Aufwand.Such walls are known. Bei der erfindungsgeinäßen Ausbildung hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, daß das gefürchtete Durchbiegen beim Austrocknen bzw. Aushärten des Betdns nicht mehr auftritt. Langzeitversuche haben gezeigt, daß auch nach Ablauf einer Zeit von mehr als einem Jahr keine Auswölbungen zu beobachten waren. Voraussetzung ist dabei der wasserdichte Abschluß der rückseitigen frischen Betonfläche/ wozu die Folie oder der Film dicht auf der Betonfläche aufliegen muß. Danach erfolgt das Aushärten des Betons.
