und der Kolben prallt an seiner unteren Stellung an den Zylinderboden an.It is known to cause the downward movement of bottle carrier pistons
to .buffern that part: the elongated piston rod is the outlet for
the compressed air closes below the piston. For this you also have a movable one
Closing body used, which is just before the end of the piston movement on the
Air outlet hangs up. This Absehlußkörper can but during operation
get stuck for some reason and then performs the sliding movement on the extended
Kodbenstab no longer off. Thereby the effect of the device is canceled,
and the piston strikes the bottom of the cylinder at its lower position.
It has therefore been suggested; the disadvantages of the known device
thereby avoiding that when the piston descends in the lifting cylinder towards the end
of the stroke in the lower part of the cylinder automatically by a certain amount of air
a. on the piston rod fixed pin is blocked, which the air out.
Let bore closed like a piston during the last part of the downward movement.
This device is shown in Fig. I. The bottle carrier will
with the aid of the piston moving up and down in cylinder i 2. raised and
lowered. On the extended piston rod 1q. a pin 15 is attached, the
.Shortly before reaching the lowest point of the piston in the air outlet hole
8 of the valve body .4 enters and closes it.
This device has basically proven itself, but - it has the disadvantage that the pin 15, which is made uniformly strong over its entire length, easily jams in the air outlet hole 8 when the tap housing d. is not arranged exactly centric to the cylinder i, or is a little inclined to the central axis of the air cylinder. To avoid this inconvenience, according to the invention, the pin 15 according to Fig. A should only have the same diameter as the bore 8 in its lower part, but be made much thinner in its upper part. The end pin is screwed into the piston rod 14 with a thread and has a head-like projection 17 at the lowest end, which fits exactly into the air outlet hole 8 of the valve housing 4. Between the upper thread and the lower end head 17, the pin is then strongly tapered to a greater length, so that a weak cylindrical connecting piece 18 is formed, which allows a certain lateral resilience and prevents the pin from jamming in the bore 8. The lower end head 17 is still. designed so that it can withstand slight lateral tilting without a clamping effect occurring, while a sufficient air bufferurig is achieved below the piston a.
