Spindelpresse
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Spindelpressen
mit einem Reibschei&npaar, <las beiderseits eines
Schwungrades angeordnet ist und durch wechselsei-
tiges Anpressen eines Reihrades an das Schwungrad
den Stößel finit dem Biiren liebt und senkt. Der in der
Richtung wechselnde Anpressungsdruck der Reib-
scheiben wird bei den bekannten Pressen durch
Handkraft erzeugt und über ein Gestänge auf die
Welle des Reibscheiibenpaares übertragen. Der Vor-
teil derartiger durch Handkraft gesteuerter Spindel-
pressen ist das einfache und übersichtliche Gestänge,
das betriebssicher ist und geringen Verschleiß hat.
Ein Nachteil ist darin zu sahen, daß die Handkraft
sich bei jedeniPressenhub ändert, je nachdem welche
Kraft der die Presse Bedienende aufwendet, so daß
auch der jeweilige Preßdruck zwischen einem
Höchst- und einem 'Mindestwert schwankt. Bei zu
hohem Kraftaufwand wird der Preßdruck zu hoch,
so daß Presse und Werkzeuge leiden und der
Energieverbrauch unnötig gesteigert wird. Bei zu
geringem Kraftaufwand wird der Preßdruck zu
klein, und der Preßvorgang muß mit stärkerem
Kraftaufwand wiederholt werden, oder aber das
jeweilige Werkstück ist Ausschuß. Da weiter die

finit einem erheblichen Aufwand an Kraft verbunden
ist, neigt das Bedienungspersonal der Presse dazu,
die Stetiergestiiiige statt mit der Hand mit dem Fuß
zti bedienen, wodurch die während des Preßvorgan-
ges freie Hand gefährdet ist. Die Erfindung be-
zweckt die Schaffung einer Spindelpresse, bei der
die Nachteile der Handbetätigung vermieden wer-
den, ohne daß auf deren Vorteile verzichtet werden
muß.
Gemäß der Erfindung wird das Gestänge zum
Steuern des Reibsoheibenpaares durch eine zusätz-
liche Kraftquelle betätigt. Die eingeleitete Steuer-
kraft. mit der die Reibscheibe an das Schwungrad
gepreßt wird, läßt sich nunmehr eindeutig bestim-
nien und bleibt bis zum Auslösen der Kraftquelle
konstant. Damit ist auch der jeweilige Preßdruck
zwischen Bär und Tisch rechnerisch festgelegt. Die
Kraftquelle ist vorteilhaft eine Druckölanlage mit
eiilein Kolben, der nur einseitig beaufschlagt ist und
nur den Anpressungsdruck der Reibscheibe an das
Schwungrad für das »Senken« des Bären bewirkt.
Der Anpressungsdruck der Reibschelibe an das
Schwungrad für das Heben des Bären ist auto-
matisch, wie bisher, durch das Gestängegewic'ht ge-
geben. Kolben und Zylinder werden einfach und be-
triebsicher, ohne daß besondere Stopfbuchsen und
Dichtungen gegen Leckö'l erforderl.@ch sind. Der
Steuerschieber für die Regelung der Druckölzufuhr
zum Kolben kann an der Presse so angeordnet wer-
den, daß das Bedienungspersonal gezwungen ist,
während des Preßvorganges aufrecht stehend die
linke Hand zum Betätigen des Handhebels zu be-
nutzen, während die rechte Hand gleichzeitig in üb-
licher Weise die Bärsi;cherung löst. Um das Per-
sonal zu zwingen, während des ganzen Preßvor-
ganges den Handhebel des Steuerschiebers zu be-
dienen, ist es ratsam, auf den Handhebel eine Rück-
stellkraft wirken zu lassen, gegen die er in die Stel-
lungfür »Senken« gedruckt werden inuß. Wird der
Hebel vorzeitig losgelassen, so schaltet die Rück-
stellkraft den Handhebel in die Ausgangsstellung
zurück, worauf der Bär zum Stehen kommt und an-
schließend gehoben wird, ein Preßhub sonach nicht
zustande kommt. Das Umlegen des Steuerschiebers
erfordert keinen Kraftaufwand, so daß auch bei lan-
gem Betrieb Ermüdungserscheinungen nicht auf-
treten. Die Anordnung einer zusätzlichen Drucköl-
anlage mit Steuerschieber gestattet weiterhin eine
einfache und betriebssichere Begrenzung des Bär-
hubes bzw. eine Begrenzung der Dauer der Anpres-
sung der Reibscheibe an das Schwungrad durch
Verblockung des Bärhubes mit der Bewegung des
Handhebels. Es genügt hierzu ein Nockenansatz
am Handhebel des Steuerchiebers, der mit einem
Anschlag am Bären so zusammenarbeitet, daß nach
Durchlaufen eines bestimmten Hubweges der Hand-
hebel durch den Anschlag langsam gegen den Druck
der Hand umgelegt und damit die Olzufuhr zum
Kolben geschlossen und der Abfluß geöffnet wird.
Macht man den Anschlag am Pressenbären ver-
stellbar, so ist die Zeitdauer des Anpressens der
Reibscheibe an das Schwungrad und damit der
jeweilige Preßdruck zwischen dem Bären und dem
Preßtisch regelbar.
Es ist erkennbar, daß es Vorteile haben kann, so-
wohl die Betätigung des Steuergestänges durch
Handkraft als auch eine zusätzliche Kraftquelle vor-
zusehen. Für den Fall, daß die Kraftquelle aus
irgendeinem Grunde ausfallen sollte, läßt sich als-
dann durch Unischaltung des Gestänges die Hand-
betätigung schnell einsetzen, und die Presse braucht
nicht stillgelegt werden. Die zusätzliche Kraft-
quelle läßt sich jeder vorhandenen Spimdelpresse mit
Handsteuergestänge nachträglich anfügen.
Die Zeichnung. zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel, und
zwar in Fig. i eine Ansicht der. Presse, in Fig. 2
eine Vergrößerung des Steuerschiebers mit der Ver-
blockungseinrichtung, in Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch
den Zylinder,
Die Presse i hat das Reibscheibenpaar 2 und das
Schwungad 3 mit dem Stößel 4 und dem Bären 5.
An der Reibseheibenwelle 6 greift der zweiarmige
Hebel 7 an, der über die Spannbuchse 8 mit dem am
Pressenkörper i gelagerten Winkelhebel 9 verbun-
den ist. Die Steuerstange io verbindet den Winkel-
hebel g mit dem zweiarmigen Hebel i i, der eben-
falls am Pressenkörper i gelagert ist. Am zweiten
Arm des Hebels ii greift über die Lasche 12 die
Kolbenstange 13 des im Zylinder i4 gelagerten Kol-
bens 14" an. Auf der dem Zylinder 14 gegenüber-
liegenden Seite des Pressenkö rpers i ist in Brust-
höhe der Steuerschieber 1,5 mit dein Handhebel 16
angeordnet, der durch die Feder 28 in der ausgezogen
gezeichneten Stellung gehalten wird. Der Öldruck
wird durch die Zalinradl)Liinpe 17 erzeugt und ,ihn
Druckbehälter 18 gespeichert. Von hier strömt das
01 über Leitung ig zum Steuerschieber 15 und von
dort durch die Leitung 2o zum Zylinder 14 über den
Kolben I4". Leitung 21 dient zum Rückführen des
Öles in den Vorratsbehälter 22. In der ausgezogen
gezeichneten Stellung des Handhebels 16 ist die
Leitung 21 zum Vorratsbehälter geöffnet, und das
über dem Kolben 14" befindliche 01 kann durch die
Leitungen 20 und 21 in den Vorratsbehälter 22 zu-
rücl.fließen. Durch Umlegen des Handhebels 16
gegen die Rückstellkraft der Feder 28 in die strich-
punktiert gezeichnete Stellung wird die Leitung 21
geschlossen und Leitung ig und 21 gegeneinander
geöffnet, so daß Drucköl aus dem Druckölbehälter 18
in den Zylinder 14 über den Kolben 14a treten kann.
Der Kolben wird nach unten geschoben und preßt
über das Gestänge i i, io, g, 8 und 7 die rechte Reib-
scheibe des Reibscheibenpaares 2 gegen das Schwung-
rad 3, so (laß der Stößel 4 mit (lein Bären 5 gesenkt
wird. Der Hubweg des Stößels 4 bzw. die Dauer
der Druckeinwirkung des Kolbens 14" auf das Ge-
stänge i i, io, g, 8 und 7 und damit auf das Reib-
scheibenpaar 2 wird durch den Anschlagstift 23 be-
stimmt, der verstellbar am Bären 5 angebracht ist.
Der Anschlagstift 23 stößt beim Niedergang des
Stößels 4 auf -den Nockenansatz 24 des Handhebels
16 und legt diesen langsam gegen die Handkraft des
Bedienenden in die ausgezogen gezeichnete Stellung
zurück. Das Gestänge 25, 26 zur Betätigung des
Reibsdheibenpaares durch Handkraft kann entfallen.
Der Bär wird gegen ungewolltes Senken durch den
Hebel 27 gesichert, so daß der Bedienende zur Aus-
lösung des Preßhubes die Hebel 16 und 27 gleich-
zeitig bis zum Ende des Preßhubes bedienen muß.
Zum Heben des Pressenstößels 4 nach erfolgter
Pressung und zum Ausschieben des Öles aus dem
Zylinder 14 wird die linke Reibscheibe des Reib-
scheibenpaares 2 in der üblichen Weise durch das
Eigengewicht des Gestänges 'gegen das Spindel-
sohwungrad gedrückt. Notfalls läßt sich das Ge-
stängegewicht durch entsprechende Zusatzgewichte
ausgleichen. Es ist erkennbar, daß außer einer
Druckölquelle auch jede beliebige andereKräftquelie
verwendet werden kann.
