Description
Process for the step-by-step impregnation of objects with several various substances addendum to patent 866 961 for the impregnation of objects often different types of impregnating agents have to be used one after the other, or The object must first be impregnated and then the impregnated good with a Protective cover are sheathed. This procedure asked, if, as is often the case, is carried out under vacuum, the disadvantage that one, to the pre-impregnated material and to prepare the impregnation device for the second impregnation process, the The impregnation tank must ventilate between the two soaking processes, however the impregnated goods again release gases; the atmosphere absorbs. In the process According to the present invention, the procedure is that the two impregnations in the same vacuum space can be carried out one after the other without any between the two Impregnation processes the vacuum space is ventilated again and / or gassed or that the both impregnations can be carried out one after the other in the same vacuum space without that a substantial change in pressure occurs between the two impregnations. Around After the first impregnation for the purpose of cleaning, it is possible to enable the working method of the impregnation vessel and any approaches used in it those adherent, retarded -first impregnation agent after removed by evaporation under vacuum using the process of patent 866,961. In the same Way can also be from the one pre-impregnated in the first stage and with another Impregnating agent or a coating, mass to be further treated object in front of or second treatment the excess first impregnation agent (removed by evaporation will. In this way, there is no need for any intermediate ventilation and / or gassing, and the disadvantages associated with this intermediate ventilation are avoided. To the second impregnation process can then again be carried out by evaporation according to the method of the main patent Idas remove the second impregnating agent from the surfaces it is undesirable. It can be advantageous to use the evaporated impregnating agent the first and second drinker on different lockable condensation surfaces or to knock down absorption surfaces; to avoid mixing and the Ensure that the impregnating agent is reused in a simple manner.
It is not always necessary to determine the number of condensation or over Same absorption areas. to keep the number of impregnations; it can be sufficient if the number (of the condensate and absorption areas is smaller by one than the number of impregnants. _ As for the impregnation and coating of the objects In general, substances with a low vapor pressure come into question, it is necessary to To keep the vacuum so low that the evaporation wind, the possibility of this Substances nevertheless large: is enough. For this purpose, prints under i Torr to be necessary.
