Description

  • Nährboden zum Züchten von Champignons Gegenstand des Patents 865 318 ist ein Nährboden zum Züchten von Champignons, der aus Cellulose oder cellulosehaltigen Stoffen besteht, die mit Abwasser aus der Stärkefabrikation (:sog. Kornlauge) versetzt sind.
  • Die Brauchbarkeit der Kornlauge ist durch lange Betriebserfahrungen festgestellt, wenn auch bisher nicht ermittelt werden konnte, auf welchen Eigenschaften der Kornlauge oder der in ihr enthaltenen Stoffe die Eignung beruht.
  • Die Erfindung bezweckt eine Verbesserung bzw. eine weitere Ausbildung des Gegenstandes des Hauptpatents. Sie beruht auf .der neuen Erkenntnis, daß an Stelle der Kornlauge auch Wuchsstoffe aus Preßhefeabwasser,Molke (die enteiweißt und/ oder entzuckert sein kann), Bierwürze, Milokornquellwasser, Sulfitablauge, Gaswasser, ß-Indol-Essigsäure od. dgl. verwendet werden können.
  • Dadurch wird die Rohstoffgrundlage wesentlich verbreitert, die Beschaffung erleichtert, und die Herstellungskosten des, Nä!hrbodiens werden gesenkt.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Nährboden zum Züchten von Champignons nach Patent 865 318, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Cellulose oder die cellulosehaltigen Stoffe anstatt mit Kornlauge mit Wuchsstoffen aus Preßhefeabwasser, Molke, Bierwürze, Milokornqu.ellwasser, Sulfitablauge, Gaswasser, ß-Indol-Essigsäure od. dgl. versetzt sind.
