Description
There is known a photographic camera in which the aperture is dependent from the movement of the shutter release member when the shutter is released temporarily to one Value is opened, which depends on the display of a photoelectric light meter, which in turn is influenced by the presetting of the shutter time and by a stop connected to the release element is scanned on a stepped disk will. This stop is connected to the diaphragm adjusting ring via a Bowden cable system Link. This simple means for the transmission of motion is also according to the invention Made use of, since it, great freedom in the arrangement of light meters and camera offers to each other.
However, the invention relates to a photographic or cinematographic Camera with a pointer connected to the lens hood, the one in a mirror observable pointer of a photoelectric exposure meter can be tracked can. The invention consists in that in such a known camera Exposure meter, the mirror and the tracking pointer together with its guide means form a structural unit, with as a drive connection between the diaphragm setting member and a Bowden cable is used for the tracking pointer. Those in the union of those enumerated Features existing invention is valuable because it becomes a structural unit summarized parts of the light meter assembly are not only suitable for installation in a camera, but also especially for attaching or placing on a camera suitable.
The carrier of the tracking pointer can, for. B. to take into account the Film speed, adjustable in relation to the mirror: Fig. I of the drawing shows an embodiment in a schematic representation; Fig-2 shows details on a larger scale. The camera, not shown, has a lens aperture i with an aperture adjustment lever 2. A photoelectric is connected to the camera Exposure meter 3 with a pointer 4. On the exposure meter is a matching one Position to his pointer a mirror 5 arranged in which by a certain Point of view, the z. B. can be set by a viewing opening 18, a Image of the pointer 4 is visible. The mirror 5 can from a rest position in a Operating position be foldable, z. B. with or against spring action; both positions of the mirror can be determined by stops. In its rest position, the Mirror 5 serve as a closure for the opening through which the operating position of the Mirror light falls on the photocell of the photoelectric exposure meter. A pointer 6, which indicates the position of the lens diaphragm, is along the mirror 5 slidably guided. The geared connection between the pointer 6 and the The shutter lever 2 is effected by the Bowden cable 7. One end of the bowden cable is clamped in the vicinity of the aperture lever 2 at 8 -preferably easily releasable; the core of the Bowden cable is preferably easily detachable with the shutter lever 2 tied together. The other end of the Bowden cable is screwed into a tube that seated in a second tube i i fastened along the upper edge of the mirror 5. A part 12 carrying the pointer 6 is guided in the tube io. On this part 12 the soul of the Bowden cable 9 acts. By a spring 13 is part 12 with the Pointer 6 is always pressed against the end of the core 9 of the Bowden cable. On the one At the end, the tube 2o has an external thread 14, onto which one can be rotated in the tube i i, but not longitudinally displaceably mounted knurled nut 15 acts by rotating it thus the pipe io can be moved relative to the pipe i i. This is used to Presetting of the pointer 6 in order to take into account the film speed, the can be indicated by a pointer 16 connected to the tube io, which is indicated by a slot of the tube i i protrudes and attached to a slot on the outside of the tube Scale 17 slides along. The pointer 6 protrudes through a slot in the tube io and through a second slot in the tube i i to the outside. The light meter 3 with the pointer 4, the mirror 5, the tracking pointer 6, those on the mirror 5 for the tracking pointer fixed guide means and the means for connecting the drive of the tracking pointer (In the example shown, the pipe pieces io and ii, the guide piece 12, the spring 13, the knurled nut 15 and the cap on the other side of the tube 1i),: form a structural unit.
