Water metering and feeding device for mixing machines The invention
relates to water metering and feeding devices for mixing machines, in particular
Concrete mixers, in which the metering vessel is arranged on a balance beam, whose
Tilting movement after filling a lock that keeps the inlet valve open
triggers. While in the known devices of this type, the water inlet
is automatically shut off when the desired capacity is reached, but must
opening the water inlet for a new filling can be done by hand,
as well as the water outlet from the container is operated by hand. Also is the use
float-controlled inflow valves known, which then by the filling level of the container
are controlled, as has also already been proposed, the inlet and outlet valve
to be coupled by a common control lever for common, opposite movement.
The invention relates to a new design of Wasserzumeßeinrichtungen with
a metering vessel arranged on a balance beam and in which with
the dropping of the balance arm lifted a lock holding the inlet valve open
will. According to the invention, the metering vessel is out of the filling position in these devices
mounted on the balance beam so that it can be tilted into the emptying position and with an actuator
provided that the inlet valve with the transition of the measuring vessel into the filling position
transferred to the open position secured by the lock, while one of the
Valve controlled lock the measuring vessel for the duration of the valve opening in the filling position
locked. This means that the measuring vessel cannot be emptied during the filling process.
and vice versa, the opening of the inlet valve from the transition of the measuring vessel
is dependent on the filling position. There is no special one
Drain valve,
so that the correct dimensioning of the mixing water is assured to a large extent
a simple and reliable working structure results.
The new design is shown below with additional features
the drawing explained in more detail. It shows Fig. 1 a side view, Fig. 2 is a plan view
according to line a-c of Fig. i and Fig.3 a side view of the control members in a larger
Scale.
Die Klinke i i fällt in die Aussparung
Punkte A, 'B und C zueinander.
weiteren Zufließen von Wasser nach rechts und schließt dabei das VentilThe water container 2, which can be rotated about its axis A by the handle i, has a lateral opening 3 through which the water flows in and out. The water container 2 is rotatably mounted in a fork frame 4. The fork frame can swing around the axis B and represents the balance beam, which on the left side carries a displaceable weight 5 on the weight lever 6 attached to the fork frame. The bearing on the axis B is expediently carried out by ball bearings. In Fig. 3 the filling valve 7 is drawn in the open position. This valve has a valve actuation lever 8 at the top, which is articulated to the locking rod 9 and the handlebars io. The locking rod 9 is held by the pawl ii. The stop 12 attached to the fork frame 4 moves when the set amount of water is reached by tilting the fork frame 4 about the axis B. The stop 12 strikes the lever 13 during this movement and triggers the pawl ii. The spring 14 pushes the valve operating lever 8 up and thus closes the valve 7. By turning the water container 2 by 90 ° using the handle i, the container is emptied through the opening 3. When the water container 2 is turned back past the filling position, the angle i pushes against it the double lever 16 and pulls the handlebar io and thus the valve operating lever 8 downwards. The pawl ii falls into the recess in the locking rod 9 and holds the valve 7 open. Now water flows into the water tank 2 again until the fork frame tilts to the right again when the set amount of water is reached and the valve 7 closes by releasing the pawl ii. When the valve 7 is closed, the double lever 16 comes into the position shown in dashed lines. In order to prevent the latter from being disturbed in its movement by the angle 15, the water container is moved into the filling position by the spring 17 via the levers 18 and 19. Premature emptying of the water container 2 by the operator is impossible as long as the valve 7 is open, since the angle 15 strikes the downwardly extended handlebar and prevents the water container 2 from rotating. This is a considerable advance compared to the water dispensing devices that have been used up to now, since with these the operator could not determine whether the filling of the water container 2 has ended. The position of the three points A, B and C with respect to one another is important for the exact water dimensions. These three points do not lie on a straight line, but rather form a triangle with the point B pointing downwards (see Fig. I). The fork frame 4 is therefore unstable at the moment of equilibrium and tilts to the right at the slightest further inflow of water and closes the valve in the process
