Bei \Varmpilgerschrittlvalz\verken wird der Pilger-
dorn nach jedem Röhr gewechselt. Die Dorn-
wechselzeit geht für den eigentlichen Walzvorgang
verloren. Sie ist insbesondere bei kleineren Wger-
straJen verhältnismäßig groß.
Es ist eine große Anzahl vott A"orrichtungen eut-
wickelt worden. um den Dornwechsel zu lwschdeu-
ttigen. doch ist es bisher nicht gelungen. den Anteil
der Dornwechselzeit an der Gesalntarbcitszeit
%vesendich herabzusetzen.
Man hat daher vorgeschlagen. eitlem ortsfesten
1'ilgerschrittwalzgerüst zwei Vorschubvorrichtun-
gen zuzuordnen, (He abwechselnd in =\rlwitsstellung
gebracht werden. Die jew;ils nicht in 13etrie111>elittd-
liche \ orschullvorriclttttttg wird außerhalb der
Walzachse mit einem neuen tilge rdorn und einem
neuen Hohlblock versehen und in Arbeitsstellung
gebracht. sobald der vorausgegangene Hohlblock
fertiggewalzt ist. Die Leerlaufzeit des 1'ilger-
schrittwalzgerüstes wird hierdurch auf ein Nlindest-
ntaß verkürzt. Die Vorschubvorrichtungen sind vcr-
hälttIsn:äßig lang und schwer. Ihre Bewegung und
die bauliche Ausbildung der beweglichen 7rtfüh-
rungett der Antriebsmittel bereitet Schwierigkeiten.
Diese Nachteile werden gemäß der I1findung da-
durch beseitigt, daß einem quer verschiebbaren
Pilgmsarittwalzgerüst zwei ortsfeste Worschub-
vorricittungcn üblicher Bauart nebeneinander
shtd. Das 1'ilgerschrittwalzgerüst wird
allwechsclth vor die Vorschulvorrichtungen ver-
schoben. Zweckmäßig ist de Auslaufrinne gleich-
zeitig mit (lern I'ilgerscltrittwalzg°t-iist quer ver-
schiehbar. z.13. auf OOuerschienen, so da13 es nicht
notwendig ist. zwei .Auslaufrinnen hinter (lern
I'ilgerschrittwalzwerk anzuordnen. Der Antrieb des
1'ilgcrschrittwalzwerks wird dalmi ganz oder teil-
weise ortsfest gelang und zwar so. daß (las Pilger-
scllrittwalzget-iist lotternd mit ihtn verbunden bleibt,
gleichgültig in welchem der Meiden N-orsdtuhvor-
richtungen e: zusammenarbeitet.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung wird durch die
Skizze v",raltacltattliclrt. In dieser bedeuten r und r'
zwei alt sich bekannte \ orschubvorrichtungen.
2 und 2 die zugehörigen A-orlwlvorrichtungen,
3 und 3' die zugehörigen Pilgerdorne, I eilten Hohl-
block und 5 einen Förderrollgang für tlie llohl-
blöcke, die altwechselnd den Vorholvorrichtungen

bare 1'ilgerschrittwalzgerüst, (las in bekannter
Weise durch Kuppelspindeln 7 über ein T@anunwa@z-
gerüst 8 und ein Rädervorgelege 9 von einem An-
triebsmotor ro angetrieben ist. Zur Querverschie-
bung dient der hydraulische Zylinder r r. Das Pilger-
schrittwalzgerüst 6 ist mit dem Kamtnwalzgerüst 8
;ruf dem Rahmen 12 angeordnet, der auf der Chrund-
lllatte 13 quer verschiebbar ist. Der .Antriebsmotor
