Axle bearing with axle bearing guide, in particular of locomotives The invention
enters axle bearing with axle bearing guide, inslx # special of locomotives, and fulfills
the requirement that even with longer Betriel> the guide elements in the interest
the lowest possible wear before the ingress of dust and dirt
and above all the damaging brake pad wear as completely as possible and with one
as little effort as possible on seals are protected. That is because of the invention
achieved in that all guide elements housed within the axle box
are.
A roller bearing or a plain bearing can be used as the axle bearing
will. The management of the bearing in a vertical direction with the necessary freedom of movement
upwards and downwards of ± 35 to 40 mm is thus included in the bearing housing according to the invention
taken in and thus effectively protected from the ingress of dirt. The demands
the more recent vehicle running theory: according to the guide bearing with little play
executed, so expediently with a cylindrical guide -by cylindrical perpendicular
Provided the pin at the top and bottom of the roller bearing.
was die Lebensdauer wesentlich herabsetzte. Hinzu kommt die jetzt wesentlich einfachere
Bearbeitung des Fahrzeugrahmens. Now only the mounting level of the axle box is left on the vehicle frame
to be processed with the two bores for receiving centering rings, which do the transmission
take over the horizontal forces. All other edits can be made independently of the
F. vehicle or Rotation: frame on the axle box. you will be
thus the effect
largely withdrawn from deformation of the frame,
which is to be assessed as the second advantage of the invention. The axle box has only
two openings. One is at the top to allow the pressure strut to pass through
transfers the frame weight and load to the actual bearing. This opening
is effectively closed with an oil cup and is independent of the vehicle frame.
The second opening gives the axle shaft the space. The waterproofing is here too
safely manageable and shown, for example, with a slinger. To the
safe lubrication of the cylindrical guide pin is for example a small one
Gear pump is provided, which supplies enough oil for both guides. The lubrication
can of course also be ensured in another form. Essential to the invention
is only that all sliding parts that serve to guide the bearing,
are protected within the axle box, which has never been the case before and
which significantly reduced the service life. Then there is the now much simpler one
Processing of the vehicle frame.
In Alb. i to 4 is the axle bearing according to the invention in some sections
and views are shown schematically.
in lotrechter Richtung erfordert.
8 und die anschließenden Zentrierringe 18.The support ring i, which is the actual bearing, a double-row barrel bearing,
receives, carries a vertical cylindrical pin 2 and 3 at the top and bottom,
which transfers the longitudinal and transverse forces to the axle bearing housing 8.
These pins 2 and 3 are guided in the bronze bushes 4 and 5, which are interposed
the silentblocs 6 and 7 are held in the housing 8. The holder of the silentblocs
6 and 7 in the housing 8 takes place by means of a screw-off bearing cover 9 or io
(Fig. 4) so that the barrel bearing together with the support ring i can be removed towards the front
leaves. The housing 8 continues upwards and downwards, as far as the axle bearing play
requires in the vertical direction. The housing 8 is through on both front sides
each a lid i i and 12 closed, so that now for the first time all guide elements
are encapsulated and thus protected from dirt. The housing 8 now only has
two openings; one is at the top and is used to carry out the strut
13, which transfers the sprung weight of the vehicle to the axle bearing i. These
Opening can be closed in a safe manner by an oil cup 14, which as
Labyrinth is formed and is not subject to wear and tear. The second opening
has the housing 8 on the inner cover 12 for the implementation of the axle shaft 15. The seal
is carried out here by means of a centrifugal disk 16, which again through the outside
a screw-off cover 17 is protected. Slinger 16 and cover 17
must be mutually as well as housing cover 12 and cover 17 opposite the axle shaft
15 have so much play in the vertical direction that this their vertical movement
can perform unhindered, d. H. with the usual games ± 35 to 40 mm. The transfer
the longitudinal and transverse forces from the housing 8 on the frame 21 now only happens
by fixed, non-sliding parts, namely by the two centering rings 18, the
are attached to the right and left of the housing 8. The weight of the housing 8 resp.
also that of the axle shaft 15 when lifting with axles carry the eight screws 19 that
are relieved of any shear force. The centering rings 18 are in diameter
kept so large that the coil springs 2o are expanded through them
that transfer the frame weight and the vehicle load. The vehicle frame
21 includes the housing 8 with so much play that manufacturing inaccuracies are irrelevant
play more. The machined surfaces on the frame 21 only consist of the two
flat surfaces 22 for abutment of the end faces of the centering rings 18 of the housing
8 on the lower part of the frame 21 and from the two centering bores 23 for receiving
of the two centering rings 18. The axle bearing cutout of the frame 21 is small. aside from that
the frame is securely closed downwards by the axle box
8 and the subsequent centering rings 18.
