Das Neue und Typische der Funktion des anzumeldenden Gegenstandes liegt darin, daß in diesem Badeanzug auf beiden Busen-Seiten oder nur auf einer künstliche Brust-Prothesen getragen werden können. Ein Badeanzug mit dieser Funktion wird bisher in der Bundesrebublik Deutschland nicht hergestellt. Die vorerwähnte Funktion wird im wesentlichen dadurch erzielt, daß der Gegenstand der Anmeldung im einzelnen wie folgt hergestellt wird und beschaffen ist. Zwischen der vorgeformten unelastischen Büstenaohale und dem Baumwoll-Futter (Prothesen-Tasche (1O) kann die Büsten-Prothese seitlich eingeführt werden. Die Prothesen-Tasche (4) aus Baumwolle garantiert zum einen, daß optimale Trage-Eigenschaften vorhanden sind für die Vernarüungen der operierten Büste. Darüber hinaus sind diese Prothesen-Taschen so gearbeitet, daß der Abnäher dieselbe Tiefe gewährleistet, wie sie die Büstenschalen haben, damit bei einer Konsumentin, die nur einseitig die Büste operiert bekam, die noch vorhandene andere Büste in die Büstenschale optimal paßt. Darüber hinaus hat die Prothesen-Tasche trotzdem soviel Halt, daß Sie die Büsten-Prothese festhält, so daß diese sich nicht bewegen kann. Dies wird dadurch erzielt, daß auf der seitlichen Öffnung zum Arm hin, wo die Prothese eingeführt werden kann, ein elastisches Band (8) vorhanden ist, das eine Ausdehnung des Baumwoll-Materials verhindert; zum weiteren ist ein Klettenverschluß (5) eingearbeitet, der nach Einlegen der Prothese verschlossen werden kann.
