Beim Beziehen der Druckzylinder reit den Dru:ktüchern werden unterhalb der Drucktücher sogenannte Unterzüge verwendet, welche insbesondere das elastische Verhalten des Druckzylinderbezuges so einstellen sollen, wie es für das betreffende Druckverfahren und die Papierwahl erforderlich erscheint. Als derartige U nterzugmaterialien wurden bisher vielfach solche verwendet, die aus einer Gewebegrundlage und einer darauf angebrachten Schicht von Korkpartikeln und oxydiertem Leinöl bestehen. Die Elastizität dieser linoleumartigen Auflagen gegenüber Druck- und Biegungseinwirkungen ist jedoch beschränkt, so daß, insbesondere an der Befestigungsstelle des Zylinderbezuges, wo die Unterzüge in einen Schlitz des Zylindermantels rechtwinklig abgebogen und durch Leisten festgeklemmt werden, vielfach ein Brechen des Unterzugmaterials längs diesen Kanten festgestellt werden konnte, worauf sich ganze Teile der Auflageschicht ablösten.When releasing the impression cylinder, the printing blankets are riding underneath the printing blankets use so-called joists, which are especially elastic Behavior of the printing cylinder reference should be set as it is for the relevant Printing method and paper selection appears. Die elastische Verformbarkeit einer solchem Gummischicht ist wesentlich größer als die einer gleichdicken Schicht aus oxydiertem Leinöl. Vor allem ist jedoch der plastische Anteil (bleibende Verformung) bei Gummi wesentlich geringer als bei dem verfestigten Leinöl; infolgedessen besitzt der erfindungsgemäße Druckwalzenbezug eine größere Haltbarkeit und zeigt nicht das bisher beobachtete Brechen und die Ablösungen der Oberflächenschicht. Auch ergibt sich eine einfachere Handhabung beim Beziehen der Druckzylinder, da der erfindungsgemäße Bezug nicht vorgewärmt zu werden braucht, im Gegensatz zu den bisher üblichen Bezügen, wo eine solche Vorer«-ärmung erforderlich war zwecks möglichster Vermeidung des Brechens.
