Diesem Mangel hilft die Erfindung ab unter Erreichung weiterer Vorteile im Schlauchkupplungsbau. Die neue Kupplung besteht ihr gemäß aus losen Teilen, die sich und die zu verbindenden freien Schlauchenden gegenseitig in Klemmverbindung festhalten. In bevorzugter Ausführung kann hierfür z. B. ein das bzw. die Schlauchenden von der Innenfläche her erfassendes Teilstück vorgesehen sein, gegen welches mittels der äußeren Kupplungsverbindung von außen her ein den Schlauch festhaltender Preßdruck erfolgt. Wenn hierbei die den Schlauchenden als lose Stücke aufsetzbaren Kupplungsbestandteile Konusflächen besitzen, die beim Vereinigen der Teile gegeneinander verlaufend die zwischenliegenden Schlauchenden in der Kupplung festpressend verbinden, so erhält man dabei nicht nur eine baulich sehr einfache Formgebung, sondern auch eine hochwertig druckdichte Kupplung. Ausführen lassen sich hierzu die Teile im einzelnen z. B. derart, daß als Kupplungsinneiistück eine an beiden Enden konisch abgedrehte zylindrische Hülse dient, auf die die Schlauchenden von beiden Seiten her aufgesteckt sind, und als Kupplungsaußenteile eine Übergreifhülse mit sich nach außen hin leicht konisch verkleinerndem Innendurchmesser vorgesehen ist, welche ihrer Länge nach zweiteilig ausgebildet und zur Herstellung der Kupplungsverbindung unter Zwischenfügung der zu vereinigenden Schlauchteile durch Schraubung o. dgl. zusammensetzbar ist. Die zweiteilige äußere Kupplungshülse läßt sich zweckmäßig auch durch einen Steckverschluß, insbesondere durch einen mit schrägem Anzug und mehrstufig einrastbar vorgesehenem Bajonettverschluß zusammenfügen.
