Dazu benötigt man natürlich besondere Stützstangen. Nicht nur, daß dabei den Nachbarbeeten durch die herabhängenden Rankenbüsche Sonne, überhaupt Platz und Luft zur freien Entwicklung genommen wird, daß die Benutzung der schmalenFor climbing crops, »especially peas, which have their short branches send out on all sides in order to cling to the tall vine against the whole plant To give wind and weather support and to support them when carrying the fruit pods as is well known, one prefers the pea bush, which has already been named in this way. You choose the one after all Directions of finely branched ends of larger bushes, tree branches and the like, especially in the vicinity of big cities, in the extensive, densely built-up ones and strong down to the smallest spot exploited settler gardens, which are themselves often referred to as garden cities, is more like this Busch is extremely difficult to obtain, if at all. In addition, the bushes weather quickly, mold builds up and can therefore usually hardly be used a second time. Her As a result, new purchases that are repeatedly required each year are a particular cause of this in recent times not inconsiderable costs. People have tried to deal with for years now Wire netting to resort to. Of course, this requires special support rods. By the simple Wire wall grow or entwine furthermore the individual plants towards the sun through, are gradually pushed all the way through from the windward side, scrubbing against the narrow ones Wire meshes are sore, buckle or hang unsteadily, from their own weight or that of the attached ones Fruit pods, if they should have developed at all, weighed down. Not only that the neighboring beds through the hanging tendril bushes sun, at all Space and air for free development is taken that the use of the narrow
Longitudinal paths at the beds make it more difficult, the picking of the pea pods is hindered, also the harvest itself is not insignificantly diminished in its entire yield.
With the object of the invention, a holder for peas and other tendrils is now required, which seems very suitable to ensure all the advantages of the pea bush, without suffering from the disadvantages of wire mesh.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the bush holder is shown. As can be seen from this, this consists of a flat or round rod a, which is pointed at the lower end. The wire b is attached to the front and back of the rod in single or, better still, double coiled windings with staples c. The turns are bent out on both sides as far as possible to the width of a climbing plant bed and generally run with two pieces of wire in front of the rod, as shown at c and d , or behind the stick, as shown at e and /. The top end of the wire g is also bent downwards, the bottom end h upwards and fastened in order to achieve a smooth finish and stiffening above and below. With the wire eyelets running alternately at the front and back, the plant tendrils are given wider options for expansion and adhesion. As can be seen from the dotted wire windings i, k and /, the wire eyelets can also be bent in any direction in order to follow the growth of the plant tendrils and to support their development on all sides.
In this way, a row of such holders is completely sufficient for a double-row plant bed, when the sticks are stuck in the center line between the two pure plants and later the growth of the individual plants
sprechend gedreht oder ihre Drahtösen durch Herumbiegen angepaßt werden.can be turned to speak or their wire eyelets can be adjusted by bending them around.
After the harvest, plant tendrils can be easily removed from the wire coils, completely in the In contrast to the very laborious cleaning of the tight wire mesh. The rods can easily pulled out of the earth, if necessary, bent smoothly and laid flat on top of one another, stored will. Against this, the necessary rolling up and handling with wire mesh is essential annoying and time consuming.
Changes to the individual parts of the exemplary embodiment can be made as desired or required without going beyond the scope of the invention.
The bars can be made of wood or metal, they can also consist of wire brackets, whose arch is open at the bottom, so that both ends are to be stuck into the earth.
