keine Konsole o. dgl. erfordern.
Wall construction made of precast concrete parts The invention relates
on a new design in reinforced concrete frame construction using finished concrete parts,
such as plates, beams, supports, etc. When erecting reinforced concrete skeleton structures
in the construction of only factory-made prefabricated concrete parts were the wall parts,
consisting of the load-bearing reinforced concrete columns and the wall lining, made of shaped stones,
Slabs or other stones manufactured in the factory and assembled on site.
The windows and doors were previously attached to the infill of the walls
or in that holes are arranged in the supports for the bench irons, which
concreted to the reinforced concrete columns. The wall construction according to the invention
eliminates the difficulties encountered with previous designs. .After
Invention «ground the prefabricated parts for the creation of cavity walls from vertical pairs
Wall panels are used that do not require any mechanical fasteners and
do not require a console or the like. The new design is that through the floors
Continuous reinforced concrete columns with guide grooves o. The like. Are provided in which
horizontal panels between the inner and outer wall parts as connecting parts
are performed, which are thereby completely secured against lateral displacement
are. The walls of the outer and inner infills consist of the simplest,
flat prefabricated parts (slabs) made of lightweight concrete, slag concrete, gravel concrete, etc.
Like. Can exist and lean on the continuous support. The transverse plates
lie on the two inner ones
and outer vertical compartments
on and are with appropriately shaped approaches on the other two sides to guide
provided in the column groove and connected to this by mortar.

waagerechte Platte i gegen seitliche Verschiebung gesichert, zumal noch feste Verbindung
The skeleton wall consists of the double vertical simple wall panels h, between which the continuous reinforced concrete supports a according to Fig. 3 determine their distance. These plates run through on the inside and outside in front of and behind the reinforced concrete column a, so that the uniform structure of the wall surface is present outside and inside, with a cavity that provides good heat insulation. These vertical wall panels h are of moderate height and are interrupted by horizontally lying, likewise simple, smooth transverse panels i, which go through from the inner to the outer edge of the entire wall construction and are placed on the vertical panels h with a mortar joint. This reduces the buckling length of the wall panel. The plates i have on the narrow sides a triangular, trapezoidal or otherwise suitably shaped projection k, which is adapted to the groove b of the support a and is guided in it. As a result, the horizontal plate i is secured against lateral displacement, especially since there is still a firm connection through cement mortar m. Conversely, the fixed position of the panels i also secures the vertical wall panels h against lateral displacement. You can also divide the horizontal panels i in the middle to facilitate the construction, in which case the resulting joint l is then filled with mortar. The joint can also be wedge-shaped (Fig. I) so that it can be filled from above. The two simple plates h, i are made of lightweight concrete, slag concrete, gravel concrete or the like. Manufactured as prefabricated parts in the factory or on site.
Stalilbetonstütze a in dir Höhe jeweils eines Fenstersturzes z. B. vollen rechteckigen
6). Der freibleibende Raum wird mit Mörtel ausgeputzt. Die übrige Ausfachung erfolgt
wie bei der oben beschriebenen Wandgestaltung. In the embodiment according to Fig. 5 to 9, the invention takes place
Design application to the installation of door and window lintels, with the continuous
Stalilbetonstütze a at the height of a lintel z. B. full rectangular
Has cross-section and thereby a support or a cross bridge d is created, which then
under the lintel c (Fig. 5). Also in the column d are in the wall
hardwood dowels e already concreted in between the two grooves b during factory production,
on because the bench irons for fastening the window or door frames are unscrewed
with these frames g engaging in groove b along their entire length (Fig.
6). The remaining space is plastered with mortar. The rest of the infill takes place
as with the wall design described above.
