Description
B. Gurtbänder, Kratzer u. a. Verwendung. Method of transporting fish and parts of fish In the fish processing plant The fish that is delivered is operated at different workplaces, very often with the addition of plenty of water, worked by hand or mechanically, e.g. B. cleaned, skinned, boned, dismantled, etc. From these work places fish, fish parts and waste is brought to other workplaces separately from one another. It this usually involves considerable quantities that have to be transported, as, for example, the well-known herring deburring machines in the minute fifty to Debone sixty herrings and rid them of the head and bowels and possibly ten to twenty such machines are in operation at the same time. Serve for transportation Boxes; seldom find z. B. straps, scratches, etc. Use. The nature of this Art operations mean that mechanical transport systems are extraordinary heavy loads and thus high wear and tear as well as considerable corrosion are exposed. Frequently occurring difficulties and operational malfunctions or interruptionsi are therefore inevitable and must be accepted. One has therefore, too in modern facilities, dispenses with long transport routes and guides them Fish parts and the like accruing to the individual workplaces in special containers, z. B. Boxes that come to the collection points by carts or in some other way. Since the individual work processes are supplied with considerable amounts of water carried out the floor is always very wet and slippery due to debris and the like. the Workers are therefore exposed to harmful influences and accidents Slipping is practically inevitable. It is the endeavor of the relevant specialist groups for a long time, in addition to the more and more developed mechanization of these farms, the same as dry as possible and free of parts of the fish reaching the bottom, To design waste and the like in order to make the entire processing more hygienic close. The work rooms have been tiled in order to achieve greater cleanliness and to make cleaning easier. However, the intended goal could not be achieved are, since the previously used modes of transport of the fish parts, etc. the existing Couldn't fix defects.
The idea of the invention is based on the task for the fish processing Industry a new type of transport method for the various workplaces to create resulting products, through which the previously intended Transport systems-related disadvantages of the aforementioned type are avoided and above In addition, the desired hygienic conditions are created, d. h: the operating rooms are freed from the disadvantageous wetness of the floors.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the delivered Fish at the various workplaces in a known manner by hand or mechanically processed, e.g. B. cleaned, skinned, deboned, dismantled and that the fish, fish parts and waste parts then from the individual workplaces, according to the further use of these parts by hand or by mechanical means Means are passed into separate, channel-like transport channels in which the Parts using the water used in the machining, if necessary supplying additional water to the various collection points for the individual parts are washed away. This type of transport will initially the inevitably occurring amounts of water, which so far have been very unpleasant and annoying, but as inevitable, have been accepted, made usable. Furthermore but there is still a transport system that is particularly simple and insensitive against the demands of these companies and that is an increased operational safety conditional. The operating rooms are compared to the previous conditions "dry", the entire work process becomes more hygienic and, due to the elimination of the Transporting crates easier and saves space. To transport the individual products To make it easier, it is advisable to place the transport troughs at a certain incline to arrange. The individual channels are, if necessary, over the entire transport route combined into a uniform inland system. In front of the individual collection points Elevators are provided to separate the individual products from the floodwater and in collecting containers or on work tables and the like. These elevators exist advantageously made of rod-like or rust-like strips. A dirty or clogged the elevators through fine floating parts is avoided that the flood water is passed through the bars or grids twice. The floodwater can are fed to the sewage through channels or gutters behind the elevators.
The type of implementation of the inventive idea is of course determined according to the respective different local conditions and according to the respective operational requirements and conditions. In any case, it remains decisive the thought that the amount of water necessary for processing at the same time for to make the transport usable, if necessary with the addition of additional water, with simultaneous% drainage of the operating rooms.
The figures show an embodiment according to the concept of the invention and provide a plant for processing herrings using the known Deburring machines.
Fig. i .zeigt eine Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 eine entsprechende Draufsicht, Fig. 3 stellt eine Draufsicht eines Stabrostelevators und Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht desselben dar.FIG. 1 shows a side view and FIG. 2 shows a corresponding top view. Fig. 3 shows a plan view of a slat elevator and Fig. 4 shows a side view the same.
In the deburring machines a, the pegs supplied are processed in a manner known per se. The individual parts, namely in the chosen example the heads and bones, the herrings, milk and roe and the abdominal lobes, separated by category, are directed into special drainage channels b, c, d and e. These channels, which in the present case are combined to form an inland system, run at a certain gradient in order to facilitate transport. The individual fish parts are conveyed to other workplaces by means of a grate elevator g. The flood water flowing through the grates h of the elevator g is conducted in a water channel i to the clarifier.
The elevator g consists of a corresponding number of channel-like compartments m, n, o and p for the different fish parts, lying one above the other, separated from one another by partition walls, corresponding to the related flumes, in the present example four gutters.
The partition walls of the individual departments m, n, o and p are denoted by q and the drivers of the elevator g are denoted by r. A conveyor chain s is used to drive the elevator.
