Description
The ropes are grouped together in the head section of the mining operation. They are expediently hung together on a trolley that is attached to a strong Carrier is movable. In the lower mining section are those drawn on the mountain side Ropes connected to the ropes before the mining surge. Each of the last three Ropes are tensioned by a hand winch in the conveyor line from about fo to 15 t held taut, so that the frame has a total tension of receives about 3o to 45 t.
The length of the adjustable stamp is chosen so that on the hanging wall or lying a few centimeters free. The rack takes so not the mountain pressure. Rather, it merely forms a protective channel for the miner by protecting him from falling rock or coal masses protects. Loose rock shells can optionally be present on the frame in the Offset are directed. The side of the frame facing the extraction joint is expedient by means of warping bars that run diagonally to the ropes and stamps, additionally protected. These distortion bars, which are also clamped, extend advantageous only over part of the seam thickness. You catch the loosened one Coal on and divert it sideways into the conveyor trough, which is useful inside of the frame is housed.
The rope tension can be chosen so that the frame of the normal slope of the mountain offset adapts. The offset can be made at any time thus also be introduced during the transport shift.
Should the frame tear off at the upper end, but initially nothing If there is a reason, it would lie on the mountain offset without the Workforce is harmed. Thanks to the punches and warping bars attached to the ropes this prevents the frame from collapsing.
Two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing.
Es zeigen Fig. i einen Gewinnungsbetrieb im Grundriß, Fig. 2 und 3 Querschnitte durch zwei verschiedene Abbaubetriebe bei halbsteiler und steiler Lagerung.FIG. 1 shows a mining operation in plan, FIGS. 2 and 3 Cross-sections through two different mining operations with half-steep and steep storage.
The extraction strut A of the seam B connects the two mining stretches C and D with one another. The lower section D is preferred to achieve an oblique impact. The three ropes io, ii and 12 are stretched along the coal face. Corresponding ropes 13, 14 and 15 run on the mountain side. The punches 16, which are adjustable in length, are clamped to the ropes, with the middle cord ii or 14 connecting the free ends of the outer punches to one another. The punches 16 have a distance of about 1.5 to 2 m from one another, depending on the mountain conditions. On the hanging wall E and on the horizontal wall F, there are also twisting irons 17 and 18, which are also connected to the ropes 12, 15 and 10, 13, respectively. The distance between the draft bars 17 and 18 from one another is also dependent on the formation of the rock. In general, the rails 17 lying on the hanging wall will be closer to one another than the distortion bars 18, which are arranged in a protective manner in front of the lying person. The punches 16 are drawn out so far that a small gap of a few centimeters remains free on the hanging wall or lying. On the side of the frame facing the coal pile B, further warping irons 19, which are also clamped to the ropes, are arranged diagonally to the pipe punches 16 and the ropes fo to 12. These warping bars are much closer together. They have the purpose of collecting the debris loosened from the seam B and diverting it to the side in such a way that it falls into the conveyor G, which is arranged resting on the lower rams 16 inside the frame. The draft bars 19 are therefore so short that they only extend over part of the seam thickness. The lower ropes 13 to 15 are connected to the ropes fo to 12 arranged in front of the extraction joint once at the upper end of the strut, that is to say in the head section C, and also in the vicinity of the lower end of the strut. In the illustrated embodiment, all of the ropes fo to 15 are attached to a trolley 20 which slides on the strong guide rail 21. The rail 21 consists of three parts, so that the last end can be dismantled at the rear and built in front again. At the lower end, the three carrying ropes fo to 12 are led to rope winches H, which are in the conveyor line D. These winches can be operated by hand if necessary. They are dimensioned so that the ropes fo to 12 can easily be given a tension of fo or 15 t. At this tension and with a face length of about 150 m, the entire frame would have a sag of only about 6 m, so that the coal face is relatively straight. In addition, the tension of the ropes 10 to 12 can be selected so that the entire frame adapts approximately to the natural slope of the mountain offset.
