Gegenstand der Neuerung ist die Befestigung der Sichtscheibe an Meßgeräten, insbesondere an Bimetall - Thermometern und Manometern.The object of the innovation is the attachment of the viewing window to measuring devices, in particular to bimetallic thermometers and Pressure gauges.

Bisher war es üblich die Sichtscheibe mit einem Übersteckring am Gehäuse des Meßgerätes zu befestigen.
