Druckunterschiedsmesser.
messen sollen, bietet gewisse Schwierigkeiten.
Pressure differential meter. Achieving sufficient operational security
of pressure difference measuring devices, which at 'high absolute pressure values low pressure differences
measure presents certain difficulties. The small pressure difference requires
.a relatively sensitive and delicate measuring organ. This becomes the high
if exposed to absolute pressure on one side only temporarily, it is usually destroyed
and useless. You already have pressure gauges to protect against overloads
the membrane used for the measurement itself is connected to a shut-off device that controls the
Shuts off the access of the pressure medium and a certain deflection is exceeded
will. However, this is not yet sufficient, as these only occasionally have an effect
Usually shut-off devices are not usually kept tight. The present invention sees
therefore a special safety valve that comes into effect automatically,
as well as the pressure wants to rise even further after the first shut-off device has been completed.
Als Meßorgan sind (siehe Zeichnung) gewellte Membranplatten gewählt;
i bewegt.
im Gehäuse in den die Membranplatte außen umgehenden Raum io.Corrugated membrane plates are selected as the measuring element (see drawing);
which are tightly soldered to one another in their outer edge. The space between the
both plates is below the higher one, the space outside the plates below the
lower absolute pressure, such that the capsule movable with its center
i bends depending on the pressure difference and through the linkage 3, 4, 5
Moved pointer mechanism, on the dial 6 of the pressure difference can be read. Of the
higher absolute pressure is connected to the opening of the housing marked with +
and from here first arrives in an anteroom 7. This anteroom stands with the interior
between the two membrane plates by a valve-like shut-off device 8, 9 in
Link. The valve cone B of this organ is separated from the diaphragm by the rod 3
i moved. The lower absolute pressure occurs through the opening marked -
in the housing in the space surrounding the membrane plate outside io.
beiden Membranplatten fest aufeinander.
In the intended measuring range of the differential pressures, the
Membrane plates approach or move away from each other by a certain amount in their centers.
If the external absolute pressure increases too much compared to the internal pressure, the pressure will subside
two membrane plates firmly on top of each other. There is therefore a strong overpressure in the room
not harmful. On the other hand, there would be a strong overpressure from the interior of the membrane system
squeeze it apart and destroy it. This is done by the shut-off device 8,
9 prevented. If the internal pressure increases due to the inflow of space 7, remove it
the membranes from each other until the valve 8, 9 closes, whereby with the
Supply of the pressure medium also stops a further increase in pressure. To the conceivable too
Case to prevent that after closing the valve 8, 9 by a small leak
the same is a gradual increase in pressure in the interior of the membrane system
manufactures,
the membrane i carries a small safety valve, the spring loading of which is the highest
admissible pressure difference on both sides of the membrane is adapted. When exceeded
at this pressure, this safety valve would generate a corresponding amount of hydraulic fluid
let overflow into the room io and thereby a further increase in pressure inside
prevent the membrane in the event of a slight leak in the valve 8, 9.
