relates to electric motor-driven vacuum cleaners and in particular to those that
are provided with a box-shaped housing. and are preferably used in the household
Find. It has already been proposed to use the motor fan unit in such vacuum cleaners
and to attach the filter to a support plate which is attached to the housing cover
is. However, these known arrangements half the disadvantage that the fan is
is located above the support plate, with the housing cover the upper boundary wall
of the fan housing. The consequence of this is that such a vacuum cleaner in the
Operation is very noisy because the noise generated by the impeller
Air flow can be transmitted directly to the outer housing of the vacuum cleaner.
In the following now a training .des vacuum cleaner is shown in which this
Evil. is eliminated.
Staubsaugers gehindert.
dere Gummi, abzudichten.
besteht. Die Trennfuge zwischen beiden Ge-
häuseteilen ist durch eine aus Gummi be-
stehende Zwischenlage 3 luftdicht abgedichtet.
Schrau-
benbolzen 6 und 7 an der oberen Wand des
Gehäuseteiles i befestigt ist, wobei diese
Schraubenbolzen gleichzeitig zur Befestigung
von Beschlägen 8 und g eines Handgriffes io
dienen.
einheit bilden. In Abb. 3 ist ein Ausführungs-
beispiel dieser Anordnung dargesteilt. 30 ist
der obere Gehäuseteil des. Staubsaugers, auf
dessen Innenwand ein Rand 31 angeordnet
ist. 32 ist die Tragplatte für die 1lotor-
gebläseeinheit od. dgl., die in einigem Ab-
stand von ihrem Rand mit einem senkrechten
Kragen 33 versehen ist. Zwischen diesen so
gebildeten Winkel der Tragplatte und den
Rand 31 ist :der obere Rand 34 des Filters 35
eingelegt. Dadurch, daß die seitliche Innen-
wand des Randes 31 nach oben sich kegelig
verjüngt, wird durch den zwischen diese
Innenwand und die Tragplatte eingelassenen
Filterrand eine gute luftundurchlässige Ab-
dichtung erzielt.
According to the invention, the vacuum cleaner is set up in such a way that the motor fan unit is arranged completely within the space enclosed by the support plate and the filter attached to it, and the blow-out connection of the motor fan unit through the support plate and the Outer housing is passed.
