Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf mehradrige elektrische Flachleitungen, insbesondere zur Verlegung in Putz. Bei diesen Leitungen kommt es darauf an, daß ihre Ausdehnung in einer Dimension möglichst gering ist. Daher sind bereits Leitungen bekannt, bei denen die elektrischen Leiter einen ovalen bis flachen Querschnitt haben. Eine solche Leitung ist in Fig. i dargestellt. Mit i und 2 sind die elektrischen Leiter von. ovalem Querschnitt, mit 3 ist die Isolierung bezeichnet.The invention relates to multi-core electrical flat cables, especially for laying in plaster. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Leiter. Es wurde gefunden, daß die Führung ovaler Leiter Schwierigkeiten macht; infolgedessen ist es vorgekommen, daß die Leiter sich bei der Einführung in die Umspritzmaschine um ihre Längsachse gedreht haben, wodurch sich Schwierigkeiten in der Verarbeitung ergaben. Außerdem war die Leitung an dieser Stelle dicker als an den übrigen Stellen. Erfindungsgemäß wird daher vorgeschlagen, bei der Herstellung von Flachdrähten mit ovalen oder flach gedrückten Leitern von runden Leitern auszugehen und diese erst unmittelbar vor der Umspritzvorrichtung in einem kleinen Walzgang flach zu walzen. Eine Vorrichtung zur Ausübung des Verfahrens ist in Fig. 2 schematisch dargestellt. Die metallischen Leiter i und 2 laufen als Runddrähte von den Haspeln d. und 5 ab und werden in dem Walzgang 6 nebeneinander gleichzeitig flach gewalzt und sodann der Umspritzvorrichtung 7 zugeführt, in welcher sie mit einer Isolierung beispielsweise auf Basis von Polyvinylchlorid umgeben werden. Die Führung der Adern erfolgt bei dieser Anordnung zwangsläufig durch das Walzwerk, so daß sich Schwierigkeiten bei der Verarbeitung nicht mehr ergeben können.The invention now relates to a method for producing such Ladder.
