Glühlampenfässung aus Kunstharzpreßstoff mit in der Fassungskappe
befestigtem Schraubnippel Bei Glühlampenfassungen, die unmittelbar auf ein Tragrohr
aufgeschraubt werden, kommt es häufig vor, daß die Fassung nach dem Aufschrauben
nicht gerade sitzt, was im allgemeinen darauf zurückzuführen ist, daß das Gewinde
des Tragrohres nicht sehr sorgfältig geschnitten ist. Bei Metallfassungen hilft
man sich dadurch, daß man die Fassung nach dem Aufschrauben durch entsprechendes
Biegen unter einer schwachen, aber bleibenden Verformung der Kappe in der Nähe des
Nippels geraderichtet. Bei den bekannten Fassungen ,aus Kunsth arzpreßstoff oder
sonstigem unnachgiebigem Werkstoff war wein derartiges G@eraderichten bisher nicht
möglich, da der zum Einschrauben des Tragrohres dienende Nippel im Boden der Fassungskappe
festeingebettet ist und der unnachgiebige Werkstoff der Fassungskappe ein derartiges,
bei Metallfassungen mögliches Verbiegen nicht zuläßt. Einetwaiger Versuch, Fassungen
aus Kunstharzpreßstoff o. dgl. nach dem Einbau durch Biegen geradezurichten, kann
allenfalls dazu führen, daß der Nippel ausbricht oder die Fassung zerstört wird.
Auf eine solche Lampenfassung aus Kunstharzpreßstoff oder sonstigem unnachgiebigem
Werkstoff mit in der Fassungskappe befestigtem Nippel zum Einschrauben des Tragrohres
bezieht sich die Erfindung, die darin besteht, daß zwischen dem Nippel und der Fassungskappe
ein bleibend verformbares Zwischenteil vorgeseliien ist. Dieses bleibend verformbare
Zwischenteil läßt ein Ausrichten der Fassung gegenüber dem auf dem Tragrohr festgeschraubten
Nippel zu ohne die Gefahr einer Zerstörung der Fassung. Als bleibend verformbares
Zwischenglied wird bei einer bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung eine in den Boden
der Fassungskappe eingesetzte Metallblechhülse verwendet, an deren radial nach innen
.abgebogenem Rand der Nippel befestigt ist. Die Befestigung des Nippels an dem radialen
Rand der Metallblechhülse kann dabei auf verschiedene Weise erfolgen. Vorteilhaft
