Description
Helicopter with electromotive mounted on stiffening rings Winding systems with counter-rotating wing stars In the main patent was a Helicopters with pairs arranged one above the other, equiaxed, separately rotatable Wing stars described by: Electromotive winding system associated with one another: e are driven in opposite directions -that these winding systems are attached to stiffening rings are attached, which divide the wings at a clear distance from their hubs. It was already pointed out in the main patent that in this case one leads to: a Particularly rigid construction gets - if you look at the inside of the stiffening rings lying parts of the individual wings at an angle to that of the ring in question the axis lets the precipitated plumb line run, and: it has been suggested to keep this within of the reinforcing rings of the wing parted obliquely at the ol) er2n wing star upwards and in the case of the lower one diagonally downwards, i.e. from, running towards each other.
The invention relates to a further development of this proposal and consists in the fact that s the wing parts lying within the stiffening rings both wing stars run down their hubs at an angle. This got through surprisingly a particularly light construction.
The oblique arrangement of those lying within the stiffening ring Wing parts give the wing star from the hub to the stiffening ring the property a spatial framework, within which changes in position only under simultaneous Changes in length of a subject are possible and that is why has a correspondingly great rigidity. This stiffness eats into all constructions according to the main patent especially necessary because with these constructions a safe Compliance with the usually very small air gap between the ring-shaped winding systems must be guaranteed.
The forces that act on such a wing system (Fig. I =), which is composed of the stiffening ring R, the outer wings A and the inner wing J, which runs between the ring R and the near N at an angle to the axis perpendicular P, are: the centrifugal force in the direction of the vector z, the buoyancy in the direction of the vector a and the dead weight in the direction of the vector g. The centrifugal force generates a torque tIg at the wing clamp, while the lift generates a moment Ma acting in the opposite direction. With this type of play of forces, it is up to you to choose the ratios for a given speed in such a way that the moments mentioned largely cancel each other out, that is to say that the equation applies: "1I" = Mg AIz.
However, this only applies to the arrangement shown in FIG with .a wing that is bent upwards, as shown in the main patent in Fig upper wing star 7 shows that moment AU apparently runs in the same direction like the lift moment tVla, so the moments add up.
Based on this knowledge, according to the invention, both wing stars designed so that the wing parts lying within the stiffening ring at an angle directed downwards towards the hub: because they are opposed to each other through use acting moments it is of course possible to zii the overall construction more easily hold as if the sum of rectified acting torque ore is to be recorded.
Fig.2 zeigt schematisch die. Fig.2 shows schematically the. Construction of a helicopter Art. From the upper tip 2 of the vertically streamlined Hubschratrberkal) iti.et. who is tied to a rope at the bottom, for example, protrudes the locking one Oh: Se .l out on which the hubs 5 and 6 of the two counter-rotating lifting screws circulate freely. The lower wing star consists of the ring; . the one within this Ring extending and with this ring a three-dimensional framework forming wing parts 8 and the äuläer @ n wing parts 9. The upper wing star consists of the ring i o, the inner wing parts forming a three-dimensional framework with this channel t o z i and the outer wing parts 12. Both wing stars run the inner Wing parts 8, r z obliquely downwards, so that in this construction there is a bulge Wing stars the particularly favorable static conditions shown in Fig. I result and accordingly both wing stars can be designed accordingly easily.
This is also crucial for the flight safety of the helicopter B.ed, etittin ", because the advantages of a helicopter with coaxial contra-rotation Wing stars only have a full effect, if not just torque and lift, but also the masses of both wing stars are as exactly the same as possible: in particular only then do the circular forces of the two wing stars cancel each other out completely.
