Description

Process for the preparation of stable, sterilizable emulsions of coagulation-active animal phosphatides with the known Aufarbleitung from animal blood to coagulant phosphatides are obtained by far Cleaning Products that do not sterilize in common isotonic solutions permit; so when heating z. B. with physiological saline, Tyrode or Ringer's solution a flocculation.

Die am Hühnerplasma nach A. F is c her (Pflügers Arch., 225, 737, I930) bestimmte Blutgerinnungsaktivität bleibt vollkommen erhalten. It has now been found that stable, sterilizable emulsions can be obtained can get when one emulsions of coagulant phosphatide amino acids clogs. Easily soluble amino acids are generally used as amino acids or mixtures of these, in particular glycocolla. The concentration of this added amino acids is chosen so that a blood isotonic solution is obtained. The emulsions obtained can be sterilized without modification. There is no flocculation. The hydrogen ion concentration remains before and same after sterilization. That on chicken plasma according to A. F is c her (Pflügers Arch., 225, 737, 1930) certain blood coagulation activity is completely retained.

Beispiel I 1 g gerinnungsaktives Phosphatidgemisch, gewonnen aus tierischem Blut z. Example I 1 g of coagulant phosphatide mixture obtained from animal blood e.g. B. by extracting red blood cells with organic solvents or solvent mixtures and evaporation of the solvents in a manner known per se Way, is distributed in I 1 water yours. A strongly opalescent emulsion is obtained, which has a pH of about 6 after adding 23 g of glycocolla. This emulsion will filled into ampoules and sterilized using one of the usual sterilization methods (e.g. heating in flowing steam of 1030 for 45 minutes). After this Cool down the result is a significantly less opalescent, stable emulsion with a pH of about 6.

After standing for several months, step at o 'or at room temperature no changes and the coagulation activity has remained the same. These Solution is isotonic to blood serum.

Example z Io g phosphatide mixture (as obtained in Example I) is Emulsified in a solution of 26.5 g of alanine in 1 liter of water. After sterilization and cooling, a long-lasting, buffered emulsion of excellent coagulation activity is obtained.
