The subject of the invention is the production of preparations which have the ability to increase the blood circulation in the skin.

The abundance of blood in the skin is mainly due to the changing external influences
Activity of cutaneous nerves adapted. In contrast, the tone of the skin's blood vessels, which regulates the flow of juice for nourishing the skin, is decisive for the permanent condition of the skin, especially its firmness. Therefore, the endeavors of beauticians have always been aimed at increasing the tone of the skin's blood vessels.

According to the invention, preparations suitable for this purpose are prepared in such a way that the epidermis of warm-blooded animals is extracted in a manner known per se with lipoid solvents, in particular ether, and the residue of the extract prepared with the volatile solvent, preferably using weakly basic solvents Substances such as soaps, as emulsifiers, are converted into the form of an aqueous emulsion or rubbed on with ointment or cream bases.

On the basis of clinical trials with kidney and pancreatic extracts, the assumption could be made that the individual organs of the human body, as long as they are healthy and young, prepare lipoids or lipoid-like substances themselves during their activity, which the tone of the vessels of the relevant body Regulate organ, i.e. with specific effectiveness. Based on this assumption, it was subsequently determined in particular that extracts prepared from the animal skin of warm-blooded animals with lipoid solvents do in fact contain substances or mixtures of substances that are capable of exerting a specific effect on the skin of humans in the expected sense.

Such extracts can be processed into emulsions, ointments, pastes, creams, lotions or the like in a form suitable for regular skin care. In this way cosmetic preparations result which stimulate the blood circulation in the skin very noticeably, even if they contain the active substances in extremely high dilution. To produce such preparations, it is expedient to start from the dry residue of the extracts prepared with volatile solvents, either bringing them into the form of an aqueous emulsion, u. between preferably using weakly basic substances or soaps as emulsifiers, or simply rubs on with ointment or cream bases.

This emulsion core is then further processed into cosmetic emulsions, ointments, pastes, creams, lotions or the like by the customary chemical cosmetic methods.

     Embodiments:
1. The starting point is the skin of freshly slaughtered pigs, which was mechanically freed from the subcutaneous tissue immediately after slaughter. If the processing is not to take place immediately, the skin must be soaked in a half percent ammonium carbonate solution to avoid autolysis.

The cleansed and finely minced skin is repeated, e.g. B. extracted ten times with fresh ether.

The extracts are combined. After evaporation of the ether, the residue is in a 0'2% solution of crystallized pure anhydrous soda in distilled water, which contains 0'1% of a suitable disinfectant (such as, for example, chloretone or tricresol) at normal temperature to a 5% emulsion rubbed in. The emulsion produced in this way is incorporated into the appropriate amount of a cream base.

   2. The residue of the essential extract obtained according to the first embodiment is rubbed with a small amount of an ointment base and incorporated as an ointment-like mass of the corresponding amount of a cream base.
