Ein überraschender Fortschritt gegenüber den seither bekannten quecksilberfreien Saatgutbeizmitteln liegt bei den erfindungsgemäß zu verwendenden Verbindungen darin, daß die Oxyphenylhydrazine, ihre Derivate und Subs.titutionsprodukte gegen alle durch das Saatgut übertragbaren und mit chemischen Mitteln bekämpfbaren Krankheiten zu verwenden -sind, während die bisher bekannten metallfreien Mittel nur gegen den einen oder anderen Schädling wirken. Die Oxyphenylhydrazine, ihre Derivate und Substitutionsprodukte können sowohl zur Trocken- wie auch zur Naßbeize mit geeigneten Streckmitteln, Netzmitteln oder in Mischung mit anderen geeigneten Fungiciden zur Anwendung gelangen.Dressing of seeds It has been found. that Oxyphenylhydr = azines, their Derivatives and substitution products are well suited for dressing seeds.
