Dedusting device for a bast fiber line The invention relates
on a dedusting device for a stretch of bast fiber with over the needle field
arranged suction nozzles and blow nozzles provided under the needle field
which cleans the air sucked out by the fan in a filter and then.
is fed to the air nozzles.
On the bast fiber lines, namely the high-speed lines, in which an air stream is blown through the needle field from below and the dust is sucked off from above, the precise control of the compressed air from is essential for correct dedusting. of decisive importance if! a loss of fiber material is to be avoided. In the case of the compressed air regulators proposed up to now, the compressed air is the required. Adapted to needs by adjusting the outlet grooves of the blower nozzles. But as the outlet cross-sections of the blower nozzles are narrowed or widened, the position of the fan blades also changes. As in the case of the dedusting device mentioned above, the same fan, which sucks the dust above the needle field, is used to blow a stream of air from below through the needle field by directing the cleaned air to the blower nozzles. at which the compressed air regulators are located, the negative pressure at Uen suction nozzles also changes. The consequence of this, however, is that either the dust extraction is insufficient or not only dust, but also fibers., Are extracted.
In order to avoid this disadvantage, it is therefore necessary that
the suction in the dust collector remains the same.
For this purpose, the dedusting device for a stretch of bast fiber
-after the Eifmdung the compressed air line leading to the air nozzles from. one in
the work room or similar opening exhaust duct branched off, in the one behind the branch
one
adjustable throttle valve is arranged. This training can reduce the pressure
in the compressed air line and thus also at the air nozzles, the need to be #
be changed accordingly, oluie that this is noticeable for the suction effect
does, because how to do it by adjusting the throttle valve in the exhaust air line
the pressure of the air at the air nozzles increases or decreases, the suction effect remains
always the same.
The drawing shows the subject of the invention in one embodiment.
an den Streckwalzen i o, i i, also an den stärksten Staubentwicklungsstellen, münden.
Der Ventilator i saugt also in bekannter
The fan i is connected in a known manner to the filter 3 through the pipe 2, from which the pipe 5 leads to the vacuum nozzles 4 which are arranged in a known manner above the needle field. The exhaust air of the fan is passed through a pipe 6 to a fine filter 7. from which it exits into the work area. Of the tube 6 now a pipe 8 7weigt from which to below the needle array 1 3 nozzles. 9 leads, namely the nozzles 9 are advantageously arranged so that they open on the stretching rollers io, ii, that is, at the strongest dust development points. The exhaust air from the fan i can be partially guided to the nozzles 9 through a throttle valve 14. The fan i sucks in a known manner through the nozzles 4 the dust developing over the needle field 1 3 and the bands 1 2 through the pipe 5 into the filter 3, in which the air is cleaned of your siaub. Then the fan i sucks in through the pipe 2 # the cleaned _I: iÜft and presses it, according to the position of the throttle valve 14, completely or partially through the pipe 8 to the nozzles gh. This compressed air now blows through the belts 12 from below up through it and blows the dust out of the belts upwards, which is then sucked off again through the nozzles 4.
