Vorrichtung zum fortlaufenden Auftragen von Längsstreifen auf Gewebe,
Papier o. dgl. Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum
fortlaufenden Auftragen vonLängsstreifen auf Gewebe, Papier u. dgl. Es ist bekannt,
auf Streifenbahnen Längsstreifen aufzutragen, indem die zu behandelnde Bahn in stetiger
Bewegung unter einer Schablone fortbewegt wird, so daß das fertige Stück zusammenhängende,
keine Verbindungsstellen aufweisende Längsstreifen besitzt. Es ist ferner bekannt,
die Dicke der Schablone der Stärke des Musterauftrages anzupassen. Gegenüber diesen
bekannten Vorrichtungen zeichnet sich die Erfindung dadurch aus, daß die Schablone
an den Stellen, an denen die Streifen liegen sollen, Schlitze oder Spalte aufweist,
die sich in Richtung der Fortbewegung der zu behandelnden unterlegten Streifenbahn
erweitern. Erfindungsgemäß bildet dabei die Schablone den Boden eines Behälters
oder Troges, der das Auftragmittel, Lack, Farbe o. dgl., enthält und wobei auf die
Schablone eine Leiste oder Latte drückt, die als Rakel oder Abstreichmesser wirkt.
Hierbei ist die zum Niederdrücken der Schablone verwendete Latte so angeordnet,
daß sie selbst vollkommen geradlinig mit einer ihrer Kanten auf der Schablone aufsitzt
und gegen diese geklemmt wird. Diese Leiste oder Latte ist abnehmbar und so ausgebildet,
daß sie einmal die Wandung des Vorratsbehälters bildet und andererseits gleichzeitig
das Auftragmittel in den Boden der Durchbrechung der Zinkschablone preßt.
Der
Gegenstand vorliegender 'Erfindung ist auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung
-in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform veranschaulicht; und zwar zeigt Fig.

Gemäß der dargestellten Ausführungsform setzt sich die Vorrichtung
zum Auftragen von Längsstreifen aus folgenden wesentlichenBestandteilen zusammen:
einer vollkommen ebenen, mit einem Filz b bedeckten Unterlage a; einer Schablone
c, die von einem Zinkblech gebildet wird, das mit einer hinteren Randeinfassung:
d und mit seitlichen Randeinfassungen dl und d2 versehen ist; diese Zinkschablone
enthält in ihrem Boden in dem gewünschten Muster entsprechenden Abständen Schlitze
e von dreieckigem Profil, die sich in Richtung des Pfeils x erweitern; einer vollkommen
geraden, nachgearbeiteten Latte f, deren Neigung, die dazu dient, daß sich die Tante
f1 auf der Schablone in geringem Abstand von ihrem Ende g abstützt, durch Spindeln
1a bestimmt wird, die mit Gewinden versehen sind und fest an der Unterlage a sitzen;
das Festspannen der Latte oder Schiene gegen die Schablone wird dabei durch Muttern

Gewebe h niederschlägt und nach Maßgabe der Vorwärtsbewegung des Gewebes in Richtung
des Pfeils x in diesen Spalten durch die geneigte Randfläche f2 der Latte

festgepreßt wird; der Rand der Latte wirkt dabei wie ein Rakel oder Abstreichmesser
beim Rahmendruck und begrenzt dabei gleichzeitig die Höhe oder das Relief des herzustellenden
