kreuzen.Procedure for the operation of railless electric catenary vehicles
The invention relates to a method for operating railless electrical
Catenary vehicles with two-pole or multi-pole contact wire lines laid next to one another.
The previously known devices for operating railless electric vehicles
are afflicted with the disadvantage that they are only the encounter between two vehicles
on a double-pole line, with the pantographs of both vehicles
walk past the double-pole catenary one above the other or next to one another; she
but are unsuitable for overhaul, especially at junctions of the routes.
The known types tend to move quickly during the encounter
Short circuit and mechanical destruction of the current collecting devices, or they cause
a sideways evasion of the two double-pole contact wires and thus derailment
the pantograph. Both known devices require two-pole branches for branches
insulated air switches, as different poles are connected to each other in the catenary
cross.
Rute, ihrer Schwerkraft folgend, vom Fahrdraht abfällt.
Ruten in beliebiger
Richtung und Geschwindigkeit aneinander vorüberziehen
können. Hinterher nehmen beide Fahrer die niedergelegten Ruten wieder
hoch; dabei dient der Gelenkhebel als Füh-e-.

The invention provides rail-less electric vehicles for traffic, which are normally equipped with two rod pantographs of a known design. These are pressed against the contact wires from below in a manner which is also known per se. What is new is that when a vehicle is encountered or overtaken by other vehicles, each of these pantographs can be removed from the contact wire by the driver while driving and put back on again, e.g. B. in that their pressure against the contact wire is canceled, so that the rod, following their gravity, falls off the contact wire. This frees one contact wire while the other rod continues to run on the other contact wire. In order not to leave the rod that is laid down, both rods are coupled by an articulated lever, so that the rod that is laid down swings under the rod running on the contact wire, thus releasing the entire space under the other contact wire. The design of the current collector rods, their pressing and coupling device can of course take place in different ways and is not essential for the method. On the other hand, it is important that the driver of a vehicle, when approaching another one, puts down that rod whose contact wire is ground by the first vehicle and thus frees up the space around this contact wire, so that the two rods attached to the contact wire pass each other in any direction and speed can. Afterwards, both drivers take the rods they had laid down again high; the articulated lever serves as a guide.

Is z. B. for overland lines apart from the two contact wires one more
the third is intended for three-phase operation and is placed on the connecting joint
a grinding hanger, two contact wires are released when one rod is laid down,
while the other rod on the third wire maintains the lead: the procedure
is therefore also easily suitable for three-pole or unipolar contact lines.
Da in
Exactly the same process as when two vehicles meet or overtake takes place when driving through a junction on the route. Since the outer wires in each branch run in one of the branching directions, the driver selects the one that runs in the desired direction of travel and lets the pantographs drag on it, whereas he puts down the other rod: the pantograph device thus sweeps the branch point without Travel interruption on the outer wire in the selected direction, behind the junction he puts the other pantograph rod back up and thus restores the normal state. While e.g. driving the junction, the pieces of contact wire against which the laid rod does not come into contact are superfluous and therefore do not need to be relocated. However, this creates a catenary branch of great simplicity: it essentially consists of the fork of the two parallel incoming contact wires in the branching directions of travel, without the need for insulated contact line switches. The space in the area of the junction remains free, and. Only after the branch point do the second contact wires begin in the branching directions parallel to the continuous outer * seams. With a three-pole design of the> similar conduit, an outer wire a and. The kitteld wire c (see picture) run through uninterrupted, while the other outer wire b goes into the junction. The third pole of the first direction b 'and the two poles a', c 'of the second direction then begin behind the branch point. The branching point can be designed in a completely analogous manner with any number of poles without the need for an isolated switch or a crossover piece of different poles.
