Claims (9)

ANSPRÜCHE
1. Motor mit Vorverbrennungskaitunern, der aufweist: einen an einem mit Zylindern (8) versehenen Zylinderblock (20) befestigten Zylinderkopf (15), Auslaßsaugventile (13) zum Öffnen und Schließen von Auslaßsaugkanälen (14) in dem Zylinderkopf (15), Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) in den Zylindern (8), Kolben (3) mit Kolbenköpfen (7), in denen Vorverbrennungskammern (2) vorgesehen sind sowie an den Kolbenköpfen (7) befestigte Kolbenmäntel (9), die in den Zylindern (8) hin- und herbewegbar sind, die Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) und die Vorverbrennungskammern (2) miteinander verbindende Verbindungskanäle (5,6) sowie am Zylinderkopf (15) befestigte Kraftstoffeinspritzdüsen (10) zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff in die Vorverbrennungskammern (2), wobei:
die Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) durch in den Kolben
(3) oder im Zylinderkopf (10) vorgesehene Ausnehmungen (34) gebildet sind,
die Vorverbrennungskammern (2) im wesentlichen in in den Mittelabschnitten der Kolbenköpfe (7) ausgebildet sind,

nälen (5) im wesentlichen in den Mittelabschnitten der Kolbenköpfe (7), welche die Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) mit den Vorverbrennungskammern (2) verbinden, sowie aus Hilfsverbindungskanälen (6) bestehen, die rings um die Hauptverbindungskanäle (5) derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie sich geneigt zu den Umfangen der Zylinder (8) erstrecken und die Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) mit den Vorverbrennungskammern (2) verbinden, und
die Kraftstoffeinspritzdüsen (10) einen wärmeisolierenden Aufbau besitzen und geeignet sind, in die Hauptverbindungskanäle (5) an Stellen in der Nachbarschaft der oberen Totpunkte der Kolben (3) vorzustehen und dieselben zu verschließen, und die mit Einspritzkanälen (22) zum Einspritzen eines Kraftstoffes in die Vorverbrennungskammern (2) versehen sind.
2. Motor mit Vorverbrennungskammern nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem die Kolbenköpfe (7) aus einem hitzebeständigen Material hergestellt sind, wobei die Kolbenköpfe (7) und die Kolbenmäntel (9) durch Einpassen von Vorverbrennungskammer-Wandabschnitten (11), welche die Vorverbrennungskammern (2) bilden, in zentralen Montageöffnungen (16) in den Kolbenmäntel (9) aneinander festlegbar sind.
3. Motor mit Vorverbrennungskammern nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der wärmeisolierende Aufbau der Kraftstoffeinspritzdüsen (10) an den äußeren Umfangsabschnitten derselben angebrachte wärmeisolierende Deckel (12) aufweist.
4. Motor mit Vorverbrennungskammern nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem die die Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) bildenden
&ogr;
Hohlräume (4), die in den Kolben (3) vorgesehen sind, konisch ausgebildet sind, so daß sie zu den Mitten der Kolbenköpfe (7) hin konvergieren.
5. Motor mit Vorverbrennungskammern nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem die in den Kolbenköpfen (7) konisch vorgesehenen Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) derart ausgebildet sind, daß die Höhe der Zwischenräume zwischen den oberen Flächen (27) der Kolbenköpfe (7) und der unteren Fläche (26) des Zylinderkopfes (15) in den Totpunkten der Kolben (3) an Umfangen der Kolben (3) so klein wie möglich und zunehmend größer gegen die Mitten der Kolben (3) hin eingestellt sind.

Motor mit Vorverbrennungskammern nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem die Hohlräume (34), welche die Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) bilden, im Zylinderkopf (15) in den Abschnitten einer unteren Fläche (26) des Zylinderkopfes (15) ausgebildet sind, welche rings um die Kraftstoffeinspritzdüsen (10) angeordnet sind.

Motor nach Anspruch 6, bei welchem die Hilfsverbindungskanäle (6) in einer versetzten Anordnung bezüglich der Mitten der Vorverbrennungskammern (2) ausgebildet sind, wodurch die von den Vorverbrennungskammern (2) in die Hohlräume (34) durch die Hilfsverbindurigskanäle (6) injizierten Flammenströmungen gedreht und mit in den Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) vorhandenen Saugwirbeln vermischt werden.
8. Motor mit Vorverbrennungskammern nach Anspruch 6, bei welchem die Hohlräume (34) in im Zylinderkopf (15) ausgebildeten Ventilauslaßausnehmungen oder in den
Bereichen desselben vorgesehen sind, die sich von den Auslaßausnehmungen unterscheiden.
9. Motor mit Vorverbrennungskammern nach Anspruch 6, bei welchem die Hohlräume (34) mit Auslaßausnehmungen (28) für Flammen versehen sind, die sich zu den Umfangen der sich drehenden Flammenströmungen erweitern, welche von den Vorverbrennungskammern (2) in die Hauptverbrennungskammern (1) durch die Hilfsverbindungskanäle (6) injiziert werden.
