daß es nur mittels des Sitzes gesteuert wird, also keine Lenkstange für die Hände in der
üblichen Ausführung besitzt, möglichst leicht gebaut und gegebenenfalls zusammenklappbar
oder zerlegbar ist, um es bequem überall mit hinnehmen und aufbewahren zu können, wenn
