Description
Verfahren zur Überführung von Stoffen bzvr. Stodgemischen in einheitlich geformte Körner Bei der Körnung von Stoffen und Stoffgemischen ist man bereits dazu übergegangen, an Stelle von Drehtrommeln besondere Vi, brationsapparate zu verwenden, mit denen das Gut auf eben und .schräg gestellten vibrierenden Flächen gefördert wird, weil sich in den gewöhnlichen Drehtrommeln das anfangs feuchte Gut leicht an den Wandungen festsetzt. Obwohl die Drehtrommel in vieler Hinsicht große Vorteile gegenüber den anderen Vorrichtungen bietet, war man deshalb doch in vielen Fällen gezwungen, auf die Anwendung derselben zu verzichten. Es hat sich nun herausgestellt, daß der Übelstand bei Drehtrommeln dann vermieden werden bann, wenn die Trommel selbst in Vibration versetzt wird. Diese Lager f sind mit der Trommel a fest verbunden. Auf der Welle b befinden sich exzentrische Massend sowie eine Riemenscheibe oder Kupplung e, mit welcher die Welle b in schnelle Umdrehungen versetzt wird. Hierdurch wird der Trommel eine Vibrationsbew .egung senkrecht zur Trommelachse, also im Sinne der norrüalen Förderrichtung des Gutes, erteilt. Ordnet man die die exzentrischen Massen tragende Welle senkrecht zur Trommelachse an (Abb. i), so ergeben sich Vibrationsbewegungen parallel zizr Trommelachse, so daß das Gut gleichzeitig zwei Bewegungskräften ausgesetzt ist. Nach Abb. i wird die Trommel a mit dem Befestigungsflanschen c durch die Lager/, die auf Federn,g ruhen, abgestützt. Mit der Welle b steht eine Welle bi in Verbindung, auf welcher sich exzentrische Massen dl befinden. Statt dessen kann aber auch nach Abb. 3 die Abstützung der Trommel a durch die Rollen 1a erfolgen, die auf einem Rahmen i befestigt sind, welcher auf den Federn k ruht. Oder es kann auch nach Abb.4 die Unterstützung durch Ringe L erfolgen, welche mit Federn m mit der Trommel a verbunden sind.
