Consisting of two pairs of brackets or plates for electrical current collectors
Railways, in particular for electric mine railways The invention relates to one of
two pairs of brackets or plates existing pantographs for electric railways,
especially for electric mine railways. The new thing is that every ironing
or pair of plates articulated by a parallel guide and connected to each other
is suspended cradle-like rotatable in their centers on a rod that
is connected to the pantograph bracket. In a further development of the invention
the linkage of the pair of pantograph plates can be rotatably mounted on an axis
which is connected to the bearing block via a parallel guide. Here can
the rods carrying the pantograph plates are shifted below the axis of rotation
and held in the vertical position by the tensile forces of springs.
There are known pantographs in which the spring force
standing contact strip holder can be guided vertically with respect to the scissors by
to connect contact holder and scissor frame around the fastening points
rotatable parallel linkage is provided. Next are pantographs for electric mine railways
known, which consist of two pairs of stirrups. Works at both known facilities
each contact strip holder or each bracket for itself, in that the one is unnecessary
is from the other. According to the invention is characterized in that each bracket or plate pair
of the pantograph articulated by a parallel guide and connected to each other
in their centers on - like a cradle - is suspended from a rod that is on
the pantograph bearing block is provided, the advantage achieved that both brackets
or plates of each pair must inevitably adjust to one another,
whereby the contact strips of both brackets or the like are always pressed against the contact wire
and stay in touch with him. There are thereby contact interruptions that
cause sparks are avoided. Used while driving, for example
a contact strip aging due to a bump or a kink in the contact line
pressed down, the inevitable connection between two contact strip holders
one below the other, the other contact strip holder must be lifted so far that it
reached the overhead line and this opposed him resistance, so that a safer
Contact is created. The safe contact cannot be influenced by springs either
as the suspension is not tied to such. In the case of tension springs, a
Fatigue occur which calls into question the contact pressure. In contrast to that

vertical guidance of the contact strip holder
not required with respect to the frame. According to the invention, it is also possible
the linkage of the pair of current collector plates or brackets can be rotated on an axis
to store, which is connected to the bearing block via a parallel guide. Included
the linkage carrying the pantograph plates can be extended below the axis of rotation
and held in the vertical position by the tensile forces of springs. It
is thereby achieved an eccentric effect of the device, whereby the

angedeutet, dienen die am Lagerbock i vorgesehenen umschlagbaren HakenThe pantograph consists of the two pairs of plates a made of insulated material, loosely connected to one another by the link b and suspended from the rod d so that they can rotate about the bolts c, so that the plates a at various heights and when the contact wire is bent can adjust parallel to each other and to the linkage d, whereby both plates always remain in contact with the catenary. The linkage d carrying the pantographs, which is interrupted by the insulators e, stands on an axis of rotation f, which is loosely connected via the links g, k through the bolts lt with the bearing block i, which stands on the motor vehicle. The linkage d is extended from the axis of rotation f through the connector m. The springs o, which are fastened to the bracket n and can be adjusted by screws, are connected to these, as a result of which the linkage and the pair of plates are held in the vertical position. The double links ä are connected to one another by the connecting rod p. The latter serves as a means of attack for the tension springs r, which are attached to the rod s of the bearing block i adjustable and pull the current collector plates against the overhead line. The current conductors t are provided at the head of the current collector plates. These contact strips are designed in two parts and are provided with a longitudinally continuous conical groove ic which is used to hold a lubricant v. Due to the widening w of the contact strip, the wear on it is always the same in every layer due to the cross-sectional thickness. The contact strips t of both plates a are flexibly connected to one another by the strand 3, which is connected to a cable that leads to the cable box. The current collector plates have the perforations z. At the outer ends of the axes of rotation f , the handles l are provided with which the bracket can be removed from the overhead line! can. To fix the bracket in its lowest position, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in Fig. I, the reversible hooks provided on the bearing block i are used
