Description

Tablettenröhrchen Die Erfindung betrifft die weitere Ausbildung der bekannten Tablettenröhrchen mit einer am Boden angeordneten, die Tabletten herausdrückenden Feder und einer Absperrvorrichtung am offenen Ende, durch deren Betätigung jeweils eine bestimmte Anzahl von Tabletten freigegeben wird. Im Unterschied zu den bekannten Röhrchen dieser Art, bei welchen die Tabletten durch Betätigung eines Schiebers oder mit dem Finger aus der Absperrvorrichtung gezogen: werden, besteht bei dem Röhrchen nach der Erfindung- die Absperrvorrichtung aus einem auf das offene Ende des Tablettenröhrchens aufgesetzten Rohrstück mit nach innen federnden Sperrzungen sowie einem kappenartigen Einsatzstück mit einer Einlage entsprechend der Zahl der abzuteilenden Tabletten. Die Abspierrvorrichtungb besteht aus einem Rohrstück, welches in seiner unteren Hälfte weiter, in der oberen Hälfte enger ausgebildet ist. Aus dem oberen Teil der Absperrvorrichtung b sind mehrere federnde Zungene ausgestanzt (Fig.3). Diese federnden Zungene sind nach innen abgebogen, so daß sie nach innen als Sperrklinken wirken. Die Absperrvorrichtung b wird mit ihrem unteren weiteren Teil auf das Tablettenröhrchen a geschoben und befestigt. In dem Tablettenröhrchena befindet sich die Spiralfeder f. Werden nun die Tabletten d in das Röhrchen a gefüllt, so wird die Spiralfeder f zusammengedrückt; die Sperrzungene verhindern, daß die Tabletten d wieder herausspringen (Fig.5). Die Verschluß- und Dosierungskappe c besitzt oben eine gerändelte Wulst zur leichten Handhabung; innen isteine Einlage g (Fig. i, q.) einsgesetzt, deren Größe so gewählt ist, daß sie für leine- oder mehrere Tabletten d in der Kappe Raum läßt. Wird nun in die Absperrvorrichtung b eines gefüllten Tablettenröhrchens a die Verschluß- und Dosierung skappe c! besteckt, so werden die Sp-errzungenfe nach außen gedrückt (Fig. t), die Tablettend werden frei und schieben sich in die Kappe d vor, gleichzeitig wirken; die Sperrzungene jetzt hemmend auf die Kappe d,, und das Tablettenröhrchen ist verschlossen.
