Description
Lightweight Metal Lasting Strips The present invention has an improvement and further training of the light metal last according to patent 57662o to the subject, accordingly, the sole has, in whole or in part, an increased hardness. According to the invention this increased hardness is retained on the heel surface, or; it even becomes the whole strips cast from a particularly hard alloy and a well-known one nailable groove provided all around the strips at the lasting points, so that these Afford for frame work: suitable. It is essential for the invention that a Light metal alloy is selected, which has a Brinell hardness of Sokgimm2 and more, preferably an aluminum-copper alloy with at least ro% copper. On the other hand the nailable gutter is filled with lead, which has proven to be excellent the lead adheres well to the metal, the tack does not offer any significant resistance, lasts a long time and can be easily renewed. The new last can also be used with a be provided separately cast wedge.
The use of the specified alloy and Brinellh hardness provides the very special advantage that the strips are the greatest in addition to the greatest lightness Possess hardness.
