Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sohle, insbesondere für Damengalanterieschuhe, und ist darin gelegen. dass die Sohle aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Teilen besteht, von denen der als Laufteil dienende Teil aus dem üblichen starken So1Jlenleder besteht, während der Gelenkteil der Sohle aus minderwertigem Material (gestückeltes Leder od. dgl. ) gebildet ist, das mit einem Edelüberzug, vornehmlich des gleichen Materials wie das Oberteil, überzogen ist. Bei den bisher erzeugten Schuhen bildet in der Regel der Gelenkteil eine direkte Fortsetzung des Ballenteiles der Sohle und besteht aus demselben hochwertigen Material. Nun ruht aber der normale Fuss im Schuh lediglieh auf dem Ballenteil und der Ferse auf, während er im Gelenk hohl liegt.
Letzteres hat somit lediglich die geringe Biegungsbeanspruchung beim Abheben des Absatzes vom Boden aufzunehmen, wozu jedoch kein so hochwertiges Material benötigt wird wie das Leder des Ballenteiles der Sohle. Gemäss der Erfindung wird nun die Sohle aus zwei Teilen hergestellt. Der eine Teil ist der Ballenteil der Sohle, der die eigentliche Lauffläche bildet und für welchen hochwertiges Sohlenleder verwendet wird. Der zweite Teil, der Gelenkteil, wird jedoch wegen seiner geringeren Beanspruchung aus Sohlenabfällen oder gestückeltem Leder ausgeführt. Dieser Teil liegt an der Schuhunterfläche und ist an der Brandsohle befestigt und wird durch diese versteift. Wird jedoch eine grössere Stabilität des Schuhes verlangt, z.
B. bei Senkfuss oder Plattfuss, so kann der Gelenkteil noch durch eine besondere Einlage aus Fiber, Metall od. dgl. versteift werden. Um dem Schuh insbesondere bei hohen Absätzen ein besseres Aussehen zu geben, ist der Unterteil des Gelenkes mit einem Edelüberzug insbesondere aus dem Material des Oberleders versehen. Durch die Verwendung des minderwertigen Materials für das Gelenk können die Gestehungskosten des Schuhes herabgesetzt werden, ohne dass dadurch auch dessen Qualität leidet.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform im Längsschnitt dargestellt.
An den Ballenteil j ! der Sohle, der an seinem Ende 2 abgesetzt ist, schliesst sich der gemäss der Erfindung aus minderwertigem Material hergestellte Gelenkteil 3. Das Ende des Gelenkteiles kann in zwei Lappen 4, 5 gespalten sein, die den Absatz 6 umfassen. Durch eine Einlage 7 aus Fiber od. dgl. ist der Gelenkteil für besonders hohe Beanspruchungen versteift. Die darüberliegende Brandsohle ist mit 8 bezeichnet. Da insbesondere bei Galanterieschuhen mit hohen Absätzen der Gelenkteil von unten oft sichtbar ist, erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, ihn mit einem Überzug aus Edelmaterial, z. B. aus Oberteil. zu überziehen.

The invention relates to a sole, particularly for ladies' gallantry shoes, and is located therein. that the sole consists of two interconnected parts, of which the part serving as a running part consists of the usual strong sole leather, while the joint part of the sole is made of inferior material (fragmented leather or the like), which is covered with a noble coating, primarily the the same material as the top. But now the normal foot in the shoe rests solely on the ball of the foot and the heel, while it lies hollow in the joint.
The latter thus only has to absorb the low bending stress when the heel is lifted off the ground, for which, however, no such high quality material is required as the leather of the ball part of the sole. According to the invention, the sole is now made from two parts. One part is the ball of the sole, which forms the actual running surface and for which high-quality sole leather is used. The second part, the joint part, is made from waste soles or chopped leather due to its lower stress.
