Rotor ring for ring spinning and ring twisting machines The invention relates to
an improvement on the rotor ring which is the subject of the $ 29,460o patent
for ring spinning and ring twisting machines with recesses to accommodate the lubricant,
which is used to lubricate the rotor track, which is characterized by detachable with each other
connected partial rings, the separation sequence of which is used for the passage of the lubricant.
When connecting the individual parts of the ring, e.g. B. by screwing,
it causes difficulties in the parting line for the leakage of the lubricant
the cleaning of the ring every time, which is known to be very frequent, e.g. B. eight days
or in an even shorter interval, takes place, so that on the one hand
an excessive leakage of the lubricant is avoided, on the other hand this parting line
but it is wide enough to prevent the lubricant from escaping to the side
to allow it with great toughness.
For this purpose, the size of the parting line is .by according to the invention
Determined intermediate pieces provided between the partial rings. The edges of the spacers
expediently run tangentially to circles and imaginary inside the rotor ring
in the direction of rotation of the rotor. For rings for horseshoe-shaped runners

in beliebiger Weise, z.
Schmiermittels freilassen. Erfindungsgemäß sind in der Trennfuge Zwischenstücke
6 vorgesehen, welche beimVerbinden der beidenTeileiund2 aufeinanderzuliegen kommen
und dadurch die Höhe der Trennfuge 4 bestimmen.
In ähnlicher Weise
12, in geringem Maße, z. B. nur Bruchteile eines Millimeters,
abgeschliffen zu werden braucht. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, for example.
It shows: Fig. I a cross section through a ring according to the invention for
ear-shaped runner, Fig. 2 shows a similar cross section through a ring according to the
Invention for horseshoe-shaped runners, Fig. 3 is a section along the line III-III
of Fig. 2. 4 shows a cross section through an individual part of the object of FIG.
2 and 3, section. Nach the line IV-IV of Fig. 3. The rotor ring is in the
Embodiment according to FIG. I from a lower part i and an upper part 2, which
in any way, e.g. B. by a screw 3, are interconnected
and at the main contact point of the rotor, a parting line 4 for the passage of the
Release lubricant. According to the invention, intermediate pieces are in the parting line
6 are provided, which come to lie on top of one another when the two parts e and 2 are connected
and thereby determine the height of the parting line 4.
In a similar way
is the formation of the rings for horseshoe-shaped runners according to Fig.2 to 4. The
Figures illustrate an inner part 7 and an outer part 8; both parts
together form the running flange 9 of the ring. According to the invention, spacers are also here
io provided, which is against the inner surface of the recess in the running flange g
create and- in the connection of parts 7 and 8, z. B. by a screw connection
i1, determine the height of the parting line 12 that allows the lubricant to pass through. By
Channels 13, the lubricant rises from a storage space 14 to the parting line
12 on. The arrangement according to the invention allows a simple design at the same time
decrements, as part i or part 7 of the rings only at the point of the parting line,
d. H. in place 4 or 12, to a small extent, e.g. B. only a fraction of a millimeter,
needs to be sanded off.
Experience has now shown that it is advantageous to design the parting lines 4 and 12 between the stop points 6 and 10 in a special way, as is illustrated in FIG. 3_. According to the invention, the delimiting edges 15, 16 of the intermediate pieces should not lie radially, but tangentially to circles imagined inside the ring, these delimiting edges being arranged towards the inside of the ring in the direction of the runner's Uinlau £ directionA of the lubricant. these edges avoided during the rotation of the ring traveler. In rings for horseshoe-shaped runners, the separating line 12 promoting the lubricant is followed by a downwardly directed Schxniermittelkanal 17, which z. B. can be formed by a corresponding distance between the part 7 and the running flange 9 of the part 8. Through this downwardly directed channel 17 , the lubricant is brought to the underside of the running flange 9, where this has its main contact point when the rotor rotates.
