Description
Wasserumlaufkühlung für ölgefüllte.-Apparate, z: B. Öltransformatoren, mit Standrohr für den Frischwasserüberlauf Bei der Wasserkühlung ölgefüllter Apparate, z. B. von Transformatoren, mit äußerem oder innerem Ölumlauf ist es bekannt, ein Standrohr für den Frischwasserüberlauf zu verwenden. Das Frischwasserüberlaufrohr hat den Zweck, bei Verschlammung der Kühlwasserkanäle innerhalb des Ölbehälters zu verhüten, daß ein Wasserüberdruck gegenüber dem Öldruck auftritt und dadurch die Gefahr entsteht, daß evtl. Wasser in das öl gedrückt wird. In dieses Standrohr darf kein Durchflußhindernis (Abschlußhahn) eingebaut werden, so daß jederzeit ein vollständig freier Auslauf des Wassers gewährleistet ist. Da das Wasser im Standrohr nur unter statischem Druck steht, also eine stillstehende Wassersäule bildet, so besteht die Gefahr, daß das Wasser bei niedriger Temperatur einfrieren und dadurch die Kühlanlage beschädigen kann.Water circulation cooling for oil-filled devices, e.g. oil transformers with standpipe for the fresh water overflow When cooling oil-filled apparatus with water, z. In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung schematisch dargestellt. G ist ein Kühlkörper, dem das öl aus dem Transformatorbehälter bei A zufließt, während das gekühlte öl bei B wieder zum Transformator zurückfließt. Das Kühlwasser wird dem Rohrsystem des Kühlkörpers G durch die Leitung C zugeführt, das erwärmte Kühlwasser fließt durch das Rohr D ab. E ist das Standrohr für den Frischwasserüberlauf, das mit einer Rückstrahlkappe F versehen ist. Das Standrohr E ist innerhalb des Kühlwasserabflußrohres D eingebaut, so daß die Gefahr des Einfrierens des ständig von dem erwärmten, abfließenden Kühlwasser umgebenen Standrohrs völlig abgeschlossen ist.This disadvantage is avoided according to the invention in that the standpipe is built into the cooling water drain pipe for the fresh water overflow.
