Leuchtvorrichtung, insbesondere für Reklamezwecke Gegenstand der Erfindung
ist eine Leuchtvorrichtung, die selbsttätig nicht nur die Farbe, sondern auch die
Form ändert. Es wurde dieses bisher nach Patent 52o 661 dadurch erreicht, daß zwei
Zylinder, von denen der innere geschlitzt, der äußere dagegen durchsichtig, gefärbt
und mit verschiedenartig gebogenen Streifen versehen war, um eine feststehende Lichtquelle
sehr schnell und mit unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit in Drehung versetzt wurden.
Die erzielten Leuchtformen sind jedoch oben nicht geschlossen, und der gefärbte
Zylinder ist mehr oder weniger innerhalb der Leuchtformen noch zu sehen. Dieses
wird vermieden, wenn der innere geschlitzte Zylinder h oben mit einem Deckel versehen
wird und der Schlitz, bis zur Mitte des Deckels sich verkleinernd, weitergeführt
wird oder aber von der Zylinderform mehr oder weniger abgewichen wird und geschlitzte
oder durchsichtige Hohlformen verwendet werden, die dann bis auf einen Schlitz,
der bis in die Mitte des Kopfes der Hohlform geht, abgeblendet sind. An Stelle des
bisher gefärbten, mit gebogenen Streifen versehenen durchsichtigen Zylinders wird
erfindungsgemäß nunmehr ein Zylinder mit beliebig vielen Schlitzen verwendet, vor
denen kastenförmige, den zu erzielenden Leuchtformen entsprechende Gebilde angebracht
sind. Die Seiten der kastenförmigen Gebilde sind lichtundurchlässig, und nur der
Rücken r, der aus durchscheinendem Stoff besteht und verschieden gefärbt sein kann,
wird lbeleuchtet, wenn durch die Schlitze beider Zylinder, a und b,
das Licht,
welches sich im Innern des Zylinders a befindet, durchdringen kann. Oben geschlossene
Leuchtformen werden auch erreicht, wenn der Zylinder b' aus durchsichtigem Stoff
besteht und mit dreieckigen, kastenartigen Gebilden versehen wird, dessen Seitenwände
den zu erzielenden Leuchtformen entsprechend mehr oder weniger durchscheinend und
gefärbt sind. In der Zeichnug würde -c der sich auf der andern Seite des Kastens
wiederholende, durchscheinende Teil zur Erzielung einer leuchtenden Vase sein. Der
übrige Teil der Seitenwände ist abgeblendet. Daß die Leuchtfigur geschlossen erscheint,
wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Seitenwände bis zur Achse des oben geschlossenen
durchsichtigen Zylinders b' reichen. In der Zeichnung ist sowohl bei Zylinder b
als auch bei b' nur eine kastenartige Form dargestellt. Soll die reine Zylinderform
a nicht verwendet werden, sondern eine beliebige Hohlform, z. B. a', so werden die
die kastenartigen Gebilde tragenden, geschlitzten oder durchsichtigen Zylinder b
