Superstructure for railways and trams In the superstructure for both
Railways as well as trams, in which the rails without the use of
Sleepers lie directly on the loose darning material, making a whole
Series of uncomfortably noticeable ills. As a result of the evenly trained
Bottom of the rail foot, the tamping material slips even with careful mutual
Stuff from one side along the rail foot and is carried out by the following stuffing material
not stuffed more tightly, as it would be desirable, but slides under the
Rail foot through and comes back on the side opposite the tamping side
outside the actual tamping area of the rail foot. The same conditions
also occur in the frequently required replenishment of the stuffing material.
Another disadvantage of being directly on the loose stuffing material
resting level rail foot is that when the load
Splint squeezed out sideways due to the flat lower surface of the foot
of the loose stuffing material takes place. The rails therefore sink and come
often lying not negligibly under the road surface.
In addition, with the previous level training, the
The undersurface of the rail foot still has the noticeable disadvantage that the load
compressive forces exerted on the rails diverge under the rail, so
that this also causes the loose stuffing material to be squeezed out.
These disadvantages have already been partially avoided in the case of rails whose foot is angled
or has downwardly bent edges. According to the invention, the new one uses
Superstructure rails, the foot of which is evenly spaced from the sides towards the center and upwards
Has arched lower surface. This ensures that the loose stuffing material
when the rail is under load, a15 is better held together with the known rail feet,
because the pressure forces exerted converge when the rail is loaded. Evenly
arched lower surfaces of the rail feet are known per se, as are the
Laying rails with downward protruding edges on the loose tamping material.
The invention consists only in the combination of these known individual features.
In der Zeichnung stellt Abb. = eine Stopfbettung auf einem innerhalb
des Gleisbereiches durchlaufendem Packlager dar. Abb. a zeigt dagegen die Verlegung
In the drawing, Fig. = Represents a tamping bed on an inside
of the track area through the packing warehouse. Fig. a, on the other hand, shows the laying
on a pack storage case, which is particularly advantageous due to the new superstructure arrangement
Can be used. Fig. 3 shows without further ado that all of the-mentioned
Advantages are fully achieved, namely convergence of the pressure forces, impossible
lateral squeezing out of the stuffing, creation of an abutment when stuffing
and compression of the stuffing under load.
