Beschreibung description
The invention relates to a lying surface with a plurality of lying elements which can be moved downwards independently of one another against a spring action, with several independent lying elements being arranged next to one another both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction of the lying surface.
Numerous lying surfaces are already known in which a plurality of crossbars spaced apart and sprung independently of one another are provided. A mattress that can be either hard or soft is then placed on these crossbars.
The main object of the invention is to create a lying surface that adapts ergonomically to the body as well as possible. This is achieved according to the invention in that the lying elements lying next to one another in the transverse direction of the lying surface are each mounted on one and the same crossbar and in that the crossbars are laterally movably guided in a frame.
In contrast to the known spring-loaded crossbars, the lying surface according to the invention is also divided in the transverse direction into individual lying elements lying side by side. In plan view, you have a two-dimensional matrix of independently vertically sprung bedding elements, which compress individually and can thus adapt ideally to the body lying on them.
While in the previous lying surfaces the mattress lying on the cross slats essentially determined the properties, the lying surface according to the invention allows lying on the lying elements directly or with the interposition of only a thin pad (for example made of latex and with a thickness of 3 cm). This makes it possible to achieve a therapeutic effect through acupressure because the lying elements are hard in themselves, but the lying surfaces as a whole can adapt perfectly to the shape of the body. So you can achieve "hard" at the same time through the individual lying elements and "soft" of the lying surface as a whole. To achieve an acupressure effect, it is particularly favorable if the lying elements have a dome-shaped area at the top.
Further advantages and details of the invention are explained in more detail in the following description of the figures.

1 shows a perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of a lying surface according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows the top part of a lying element according to the invention in a perspective view, FIG. 3 shows a lying element according to the invention in a side view, FIG. 4 shows the on a crossbar adjacent lying elements under load, FIG. 5 shows a side view of an embodiment of the lying surface according to the invention in a side view in the unloaded state, FIG. 6 shows the same view in the loaded state. 7 to 9 show variants of the lying surface according to the invention in a schematic plan view.
In the embodiment of the lying surface according to the invention shown in FIG. 1, a side frame 1 is provided, on which cross slats 2 are held in crenellated recesses 3. The crossbars 2 carry a plurality of lying elements 1 lying next to one another in the transverse direction, which are square in plan view and can deflect vertically independently of one another. In Fig. 1, the spring element 4, which can consist, for example, of a rubber bellows, is shown only in the case of a lying element 1. Such a bellows 4 is also provided in the remaining lying elements 5, but this is not shown in FIG. 1 for the sake of simplicity. Likewise, a dome-shaped shape is only shown in the lying element 5 visible at the left in FIG. 1. In reality, all lying elements will have such a dome-like shape in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1. As is shown in more detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, the individual lying elements have an upper dome-shaped area 5a. This is integrally formed on an upper part 5b. At the bottom, a guide pin 5c adjoins the upper part 5b and is displaceably mounted in bores in the crossbar 2. The lying elements 5 can advantageously consist of solid wood, wherein the guide pin 5c can be inserted into the upper part 5b without using metal parts.
As already mentioned, the lying elements 5 are advantageously square in plan view. This makes it possible to subdivide a generally rectangular lying surface evenly, avoiding large gaps, into a segmented wooden lying surface. In order to achieve an essentially closed lying surface, on which one can lie directly or with the interposition of only a thin (not shown) support made of natural material, it is advantageous if the lateral distance between the lying elements is as small as possible, preferably less than 1 cm . In order to achieve an ergonomically favorable adaptation to the body lying on it, it is advantageous if the maximum horizontal dimension of each lying element is between 5 cm and a maximum of 20 cm. With a standard size of 200 cm x 90 cm for a single bed, for example, 220 individually suspended and spring-loaded lying elements 5 can be provided.
In Fig. 4 it is shown how the lying in the transverse direction on a crossbar 2 side by side, top dome-shaped lying elements 5 deflect differently by different pressure from above against the force of the spring elements 4 and thus allow an ergonomic adaptation to the load conditions.
The stroke of the individual lying elements is advantageously between 3 and 7 cm.
A particularly good adaptation to the body is possible with a lying surface in which the crossbars themselves are guided in a frame 1 so that they can move laterally vertically. Apart from the adjustment by differently pressing in the individual lying elements 5, this additionally enables an adjustment by a different position of the individual crossbars 2.

5 shows a part of the lying elements 5 lying next to each other in the longitudinal direction, which are guided on crossbars 2. The crossbars 2 are guided vertically in crenellated recesses 3 of the side frame 1 and lie with their convex underside on a belt 6 which is connected to the frame 1 at both ends and is guided between the individual crossbars via frame-fixed, rotatably mounted rollers 7. In the state shown in Fig. 5, the lying surface is unloaded and therefore flat overall. If the lying surface is now unevenly loaded in the longitudinal direction, the entire lying surface is deformed, whereby on the one hand the spring elements 4 are compressed and on the other hand the crossbars 2 can deflect downward at the most loaded points. The result of the belt 6 is that the less stressed lying elements are pressed upwards and thus also optimally support these parts of the body. The belt can be fixed in the middle of the longitudinal frame 1 with a fastening and run from there in the direction of the head or foot end of the system. The free length of the belt 6 can be adjusted at the respective free end. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, for example, a pin 8 is provided, in which one of the holes 9 of the belt 6 can be hung. The length of the belt can thus be adjusted according to the orthopedic requirements of the user. Of course, other adjustment devices for the length of the belt are also conceivable and possible.
As can be seen from FIGS. 7 to 9, the shape and arrangement of the lying elements is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown so far. For example, it is also possible to arrange the lying elements 5 laterally offset from one another (FIG. 7). Other shapes than square shapes are also conceivable and possible in plan view. For example, hexagonal shapes of the lying elements 5 '(FIG. 8) or round shapes of the lying elements 5 "(FIG. 9) in plan view are quite conceivable and possible. In any case, however, there are several in the longitudinal direction as well as in the transverse direction of the lying surface independently of one another vertically suspended individual lying elements next to each other, which on the one hand allows optimal ergonomic adaptation to the body and also enables an acupressure effect for therapeutic purposes.
